Dutch Mantell had an excellent point on his podcast. If Laurenaitis claims he’s a victim and participated against his will, why did he continue to have s*x with Ms Grant when she was sent to his condo ALONE?? Why didn’t he sit down with her or basically send her away? If they were both “afraid” of VM, why didn’t he come up with a plan with Janel to say they did things to satisfy VM? Just BS on his end and he’s trying to cover his arse and saving face with his wife.. IF she didn’t truly know. He’s tying to cut a deal and throwing any and everyone under the bus.

Taking into account Ashley's Massaro's demise and what psychological scars might have contributed to it, this situation could be even more horrific than Janel Grant's. And it's just as important that her family gets justice on her behalf.

@@ed5416What the hell?! What's your issue with trailer parks? We're you raised on one? You get robbed on one once? Because to me it sounds grossly unfair to pin the behaviour of a man who hasn't lived in poverty in nearly fifty years on the less affluent or his area.
So a man exerting the kind of power he exerted that he wouldn't of been able to otherwise is still the fault of the poor?

Naw. Vince is a pos but the meeting Ashley had with Vince was days after the alleged sexual assault. She was in Kuwait, passed out because of the heat and dehydration. She was then allegedly drugged and assaulted by a military personnel. She didn’t report it to the authorities there. I heard the military recently looked into the allegations.

It does not say that they found out about it when it allegedly happened.

Does anyone think Sable got the push she did because Vince was getting what he would openly dream about as Jim has mentioned numerous times? Her in white cotton panties but behind closed doors. She was even brought back in 2003 for no real reason whatsoever and was by his side in promos and such and even ends up marrying Brock who has his own issues that Vince assisted in as we've already heard. Who knows what other women Vince pimped out to the beast incarnate at that and Sable probably isnt too mad about it because she also has dirty history with Vince, Her husband's boss. This thing could get really out of hand

I've been in the Army for 15 years, still in the Army today and I have never (I HAVE NEVER!!!) heard of GROUPS of soldiers drugging and raping a woman.
I'm not saying sexual assault never happens in the military (I wish it never did) but so many of the claims of sexual assault are false and harassment exaggerated (I just got done speaking in defense of a female recruiter from a female soldier that claimed sexual harassment and it was proven the female soldier was a liar and the female recruiter proven innocent. So even WOMEN will tell you that women lie in the Army about it).
I have literally witnessed more soldiers, particularly male ones, step in and PREVENT any form of sexual assault or harassment. Male officers in the Army are DESPERATE at times to find excuses to defend a woman from any dirty joke made (even if it offends the female soldier that the male officer decides to take offense FOR HER). I've been to bars near Baumholder, Germany where I have literally seen male soldiers step in and REFUSE to let someone take a sloppy drunk women to their room and would report it to the MPs. I have been one male soldier (Swanson, you know me) in Germany step in and prevent a male soldier attempt to rape another male soldier.
But now, a GROUP of military servicemembers ALL joined in and agreed to work TOGETHER and drug a woman then gangrape her? I could see politicians doing that or gangmembers. But no, I just don't believe it. We literally make it illegal to look at porn when you're on deployment, EVEN on your own personal laptop, using paid-for internet. I'm just not accepting it and I'm calling bullshit.

But Vince owed her a duty of care to at the very least request there be an investigation and for his company to provide support to her in helping her report the matter to the authorities as well as providing any other support to her including counselling, therapy etc. He failed to do any of that. Same here. My heart still aches for that young lady. I’ve been saying it a lot, these past few weeks- I wish Ashley could’ve held on a while longer. I understand the trauma, anger, hurt, and pain she was surely feeling for too many weeks, months, and years. I think a lot of women know that hurt. Obviously not on the scale of our abuser(s) being insanely wealthy people in positions of authority and power, as I am certain that makes shit all the more frightening, but the core and the root is something many women (I’d say most of us) have experienced and we have felt or are still feeling.
Ashley really seemed like such a beautiful human. I mean it. She really tried and she seemed to be doing most everything to better the life and future of herself, but moreover, her daughter. It’s odd to feel such empathy and respect for a woman I never knew or even met, but I absolutely feel for Ashley and her daughter.
I really respect how so many of the other female talent and wrestlers seemed to come together after Ashley’s death, to help out the daughter she left behind. Give it 2-3 years, and I expect to see some sort of “surviving Vince McMahon/WWF/WWE” type of movement and docuseries. Sadly, so many of the women that likely had A LOT to share, are dead. Just so fucking sad.
I really hope that Dark Side of the Ring will do one huge season just unpacking ALL of this shit (in a year or two). I’m looking forward to this upcoming season. Mostly the episode about Sherri! I loved her so much. She was a great talent and she was actually so gifted in the ring.

I'm sure they wouldn't have just let it go had it been Stephanie that it happened to. They didn't think she was as important as their Tribute to the Troops shows. They wanted to keep doing their shows so they brushed her vicious assault under the rug. The WWE should have worked with the military to hold those people accountable, because if they'll do that to her, God knows who else they've done it to. They were brazen enough to do it to WWE Guests, imagine what they'd do to an ordinary woman. People like that must be stopped. Even if that means no more Tribute to the Troops, you should stand by your talent and work with the military to find the culprits. This was a fail for the WWE.

The more you hear the more Vince seems like an actual sociopath, like medical literature sociopath. Also I love Jim but he really needs to stop saying Steroids, head trauma, because thats not what this is.

Ashley's best friend just did an interview and said that Stephanie was ordered to handle the situation to make Ashley comfortable and get ashley to open up and then when it came down to the board meeting, Stephanie sided with the board and three Ashley under the bus. Maybe that's why Stephanie left because she knew about her dad and didn't want to testify against him. It looks like she knew and said nothing.

Really because Ashley’s daughter said that friend wasn’t a close friend at all & that everything she said has to be taken with a grain of salt.
