What a wonderful and beautifully unique voice you have, my dear! I would say you're a combination of Bartoli and Fleming; your coloratura runs are exceptional. I do think also that you aren't even reaching for that Bb, making me believe that you could pull out a high D and be just fine. I loved the slower arrangement as it suits your timbre and I really enjoyed seeing your dancing. It's wonderful to see such a beautiful coloratura enjoy the music. Thank you! I look forward to hearing more of you, and I'm now subscribing!
Rodica Vica is wonderful. She resembles Cecilia Bartoli a lot as for her passion and vocal strength, but she has something “darker“ (I don’t mean just the hair colour) in her, more controlled and more mysterious. Silk hiding steel, it might be said. I mean, Cecilia Bartoli is great in the way that she gives everything out, she radiates her passion and brillance; Rodica Vica, on the other hand, has a comparably brilliant technique, but with Rodica I have the impression that she is still hiding something, keeping a secret for herself - and I love it. It makes her singing uniquely intriguing.
Her coloratura technique is fascinating to me... I've only ever heard young Renée fleming use the same technique... It sounds like a trill but it's not it's actually runs... I find it amazing.. Breathtaking even.
She reminds me so much of Cecilia Bartoli! Not so much in her timbre, but in that machine-gun way of hers of delivering fast coloratura passages. Wonderful!
Something really personal in this version. First I was not absolutely convinced, but actually the more I listen to it, the more I love it. The voice is strange and even fascinating. I dare to say it : there's a bit something of Callas... Which can be considered as a compliment... 😄
Dear fan2jnrc, thank you so much for your words and compliments. Indeed, my voice is not a common one and I am so grateful for it. All my best wishes, Rodica Vica

@@RodicaVica I was just joking. But anyway - I guess it was Elizabeth Schwarzkopf who accused Mozart to have written typical instrumental-kind of parts for singers. But I guess she didn´t know Vivaldi, as this could be a typical instrumental part.
@@RodicaVica ...... and all those tone repetitions and trills ...... I played quite a few of his chamber music works and studied his pieces for choirs. But this aria - or let´s say this style of aria was absolutely new to me. It´s like a Paganini piece for vocals.
Sublime!

Impresionanta interpretare!😎
Like physically nobody dare to act Violetta about half decade after Maria Callas, So as to Bartoli.
