I mean, I'm a huge fan of Prokofiev's works, but I've often felt this movement in particular sounds vaguely familiar to Starwars, particularly at 2:07 and 4:38. Thank you for posting this though. My recording was destroyed years ago, and now I have impetus to buy this album again.
@ByouDanseiKamiEnSai The Funeral March is a musical form though this wouldn't be characterized necessarily as a funeral march. It's usually a slow march in a minor key. Check out the first movement of Mahler 2 or 5. Mahler uses a lot of funeral marches. Also, beethoven's third "Eroica" 2nd Movement is titled March Funebre, also a funeral march
