Stevie had his first #1 hit at the age of 13 in 1963 called “Fingertips”. His harmonica playing skills are fabulous. He plays multiple instruments and has had one heck of a career!

Les Paul created a massive amount, including multitrack recording. As for synths, the first one you could buy in a music store was the Minimoog. That was 1970. I'm not sure when Stevie first used a synth, but I keep seeing 1971, the same year as The Who. A very young Stevie! Young or older, you can't go wrong with Mr. Wonder. If this doesn't make you move you're either dead or paralyzed. SO MUCH TALENT!
This song was Stevie's nine and last #1 hit on the Billboard Hot 100 chart of his career. By the way, Stevie Wonder became the first artist to have a song peaking at the #1 spot on four different Billboard charts. That includes the Hot 100, Soul, Dance and the AC charts. This song was a big r&b crossover hit during the fall of 1985. A great song indeed!!!
Luther Vandross is on this song, doing some of the "scatting" with him. Luther was new on the scene at the time. Great song! It's from 1985, towards the end of his peak hit making years.
Perhaps you refer to the song with the title "As". Yes, As is a true masterpiece, the bridge in it is very spiritual, with direct reference to the Gospel of John.
great reaction! I always get excited when you get back to Stevie. Hope you experience "isn't she lovely" and all of "songs in the keys of life" possibly the greatest album ever recorded
Stevie Wonder's voice tender to go higher as the years progressed. He's lower in the 60's and early 70's. The ad libs on this song were performed by the great Luther Vandross and the song featured Philip Bailey of Earth, Wind and Fire and Stevie's former wife Syreeta Wright as background singers. Stevie Wonder's catalog is incredibly deep and he won Grammys galore, especially in the 70's. A wonderful song, often overshadowed I'd recommend is Don't You Worry 'Bout a Thing.
What a great song and singer, i love the videos of Stevie Wonder and SRV doing songs together, God Bless them both and you both, your channel is the best reaction channel.

"That Girl" "Overjoyed" "Do I Do" "I Just Called To Say I Love You" "Never In Your Sun" "As If You Read My Mind" "Stranger On the Shore Of Love" (quite a few more from earlier and later on, too)...like "You Haven't Done Nothin'" "Front Line" "Golden Lady" "You Are the Sunshine Of My Life" "Isn't She Lovely?" "Don't You Worry 'Bout a Thing" "Ribbon In the Sky" "Ebony And Ivory"(with Sir Paul McCartney) "Higher Ground" "Lately" "Living For the City" (many more)
This song came out of the early 80’s. Another Stevie sing you should check out is one from the 70’s called “My Cherie Amour”. There are so many of his you have yet to do.
Wow, I can't love Stevie more. Great dance time. So many people are remembering Little Stevie Wonder. He was very young on his first movie. A 60' s teen movie called Beach Blanket Bingo. It was Frankie and Annette on the beach of course. Stevie songs and plays harmonica. Thanks again for this smile.
The Soul you hear is the "VOICE," Mr. Luther Vandross in the background. As we have told you before, Luther added a certain something to a lot of top performers before he went solo. For me, it was Luther's part that made the song a hit. One of the few times I think Stevie needed the help. 😄😄🤩🤩😂😂
From someone who has never been a big Stevie Wonder fan, this is probably my favorite SW song. I really like this one. All of the SW songs I do like share this same groovy sound. Thank you for another entertaining reaction. God bless.
Everybody's giving you great selections already. Stevland Morris, we all know him as Stevie Wonder, was 12 when he started singing for Motown. He's been my favorite since the 70's. Enjoy. If I had one song to introduce him to you it would be "I Believe". Keep being you. Thx for letting us into your exploration of music and your family.
Stevie was around 35 when he recorded this. For your next Stevie Wonder song I would suggest "As", "Overjoyed", and "Signed, Sealed, Delivered, I'm Yours".

A very young Stevie! Young or older, you can't go wrong with Mr. Wonder. If this doesn't make you move you're either dead or paralyzed. SO MUCH TALENT!
If I had a fantasy draft to pick musicians, Stevie would be my #1 pick. The dude is beyond talented and has a gift that not many artists have
Stevie Wonder is one of the best male singers ever. And he had a lot of great songs. I recommend Master Blaster (Jammin')
Little Stevie Wonder the boy genius.
Luther Vandross is on this song, doing some of the "scatting" with him. Luther was new on the scene at the time. Great song! It's from 1985, towards the end of his peak hit making years.
Another one of my fave Stevie songs is called Always. The hook and flow are AMAZING.
Love this man the maestro the genius the Wonder
This charted #1 in the Billboard Hot 100, R&B, dance, and adult contemporary charts for Stevie in 1985...sure takes me back☺
One of my FAVORITE Stevie Wonder songs. Cant go wrong with a Stevie song🙂 Great reaction
Another Stevie gem, the first voice you hear on this track is the late great Luther Vandross, you should check out more of his stuff!
It's been decades! Thank you Rob Squad.
What a great song and singer, i love the videos of Stevie Wonder and SRV doing songs together, God Bless them both and you both, your channel is the best reaction channel.
Stevie was around 35 in 1985 when this song came out.
In this video you will hear how powerful her voice is a must!!!!
One of my faves from Stevie❤
You're feelin' it, J&A! Stevie in the 80s, was on fire! This one, of course, "Go Home, Girl" "Send One Your Love" "Master Blaster" "Land Of La La" "Happy Birthday" "Did I Hear You Say You Love Me?" "That Girl" "Overjoyed" "Do I Do" "I Just Called To Say I Love You" "Never In Your Sun" "As If You Read My Mind" "Stranger On the Shore Of Love" (quite a few more from earlier and later on, too)...like "You Haven't Done Nothin'" "Front Line" "Golden Lady" "You Are the Sunshine Of My Life" "Isn't She Lovely?" "Don't You Worry 'Bout a Thing" "Ribbon In the Sky" "Ebony And Ivory"(with Sir Paul McCartney) "Higher Ground" "Lately" "Living For the City" (many more)
This song came out of the early 80’s.
Stevie Wonder is 🔥! Please check out the song As, That Girl, Another Star, Boogie on Reggae Woman when it was on Soul Train and Skeletons.
I love this song
Stevie Wonder is an absolute TREASURE to this world! I'm an 80's and Stevie's music has always been a part of my life. Got the chance to see him in concert back in 2015 and he was incredible live!
when you have Luther Vandross doing your backing vocals you know your a star
This is a fantastic song, one of my favorites, liked dancing to this song
I didn't realize this was sung by Stevie. Thanks for educating all of us.
I love Stevie & this song! It's one of my favs 😍
Hilarious intro to one of Stevie's concert videos shows him holding back some members of his band as they were about to step out in front of on-coming traffic ... Stevie says "You guys need to keep your eyes open!!!" ... Stevie was TOTALLY BLIND !!!!
I love, love, LOVE Stevie Wonder! Anytime I’m feeling down, I put on my granddad’s record Songs In The Key of Life by Stevie Wonder and get lost in the music ❤ y’all got to hear more because he’s absolutely a genius.
