Yeah, this house really is gorgeous… If I understood correctly the owner is the one that designed it for themselves, which makes sense, they designed it to be lived in AND beautiful.
Its the Best house in a good cul de sac and an expensive area if you add it all up and all the furniture and most of the art work £3million is incredible good value

Loved the basement, what a great way to buy a stunning house and still have an area you can stamp your own (personally a massive fan of exposed concrete, so probably wouldn’t change it much) if the want to trade for a 3 bed semi in medway lemme know 😂

No they didnt run out of money they are on to their next project Spain and most people would liek to do their own thing by either fill up and use as huge room or have a swimming pool all sorted.. thats why its so reasonable furniture included you could have 2 sofas .
I think the kitchen is great, nice and simplistic with a neutral colour scheme & the utility room is tucked away. Bedrooms are nice size and the bathrooms are good as well(except the 2nd one). Nice big garden as well and the basement should look good once finished
For £150,000 and your toaster is cramped next to your coffee machine. Could build a 1 bed apartment to put all your appliances in for that price. I like the actual kitchen but the space should be more usable

Very unprofessional the way the are dressed, also they need to work on how they convey story, you can tell they have no background in construction or designs. I don’t really know why you would get laymen to try and advertise these dwellings which are for sale. I feel this videos are more about them and not about the property’s. You can easily do a full tour of a property without having people in the video and or talking. My feed back is more shots of the house air time with peoples in it and less talking.

Yes indeed but I think nit was very hard over COVID and difficult planning permission to get it right! The house looks ok and over time with more trees and plants it will look so much better.
When your actually there its not over looked at all, its incredibly well thought of design and its SW sun in the morning in the front and the sun comes up over around 11-7
contract has been signed off they reckon the best is for the new owners to work with what they want most people wouldnt want to maintain a pool tbh and cover it over.

For a modern house it’s done very tasteful. A lot of interior designs are modern just for the sake of being modern and edgy. This one is really nice.
