They were like family and coming over for dinner and spend time together he would either bring or make Jollof rice at our house. He passed away a few years ago now and I haven’t eaten it since. This did bring me to tears but in a good way. I miss him.
When a man can cook it makes the woman's life easy because he will not sit in the living room watching the television and waiting for the wife to come from work before he eats. Well done I hope he will teach his sons too. Your mother did a good job in your life teaching you how to cook.

I'm losing weight so I don't eat rice or fufu often at all. Give me stewed chicken drums and vegetables. My only weakness is plantain😭. Thank God for air fryers - less oil 😁. Our food has so much carbohydrates🥲.
