Allow me to correct you on the use of the CPL. Not too many real photographers now a day. The
CPL is a filter that is used to remove glare from reflective surfaces. For example to try to take a photo at a display window you will get a reflection back. Since the filter has a surface filled with circles you rotate the filter as you compose your shot. You turn the lense until you don’t see the reflection any more. Effective in through windows and for photographing water scenes like trying to photograph the bottom of a river or a lake. Likewise you rotate the lense until the reflection is gone
The filter you were trying to describe in the the CPL but the ND polarizer

Ahh ok Yeah these are not bad for vlogging especially for the price if I were to use one I would use the Wide Angle. I always like the Wide Angle look. First time watching a video of yours. Visuals look pretty professional and then comes the audio. Full of echo, sounds like you are just using your standard camera microphone. Its ok.
This was shot I think with a gopro when I started with youtube. Also the room at this time was smaller so it did have an echo. Newer videos are better at least I think.

Do these work on dual camera smartphones?
I have never tried it but I am thinking not if the camera holes are close and I assume the phone would use both cameras so I a not sure how both would be able to look through a small hole on the portable lens. If so no I do not think it would work.
