Very useful for applying the Flex feature, it would be interesting to know how everything was implemented in the motion animation system. Is it possible or where can I find information on how the animation of this folded part was made?
I don't see any flex angle dimension (D0 in your case) after the Flex feature is created. Solidworks Premium 2019 SP5.0. I ensured all the same hide/show options, but not seeing anything. Tips?
Hello, Is it possible to use DEFORM feature tool on a star 3D model? Little kids love stars...I am thinking how to make the "DEFORM" rotation.... then (180deg) two sides tip of star will be stretched accordingly. It seems very difficult I have tried for sometimes but just couldn't figure out. Do you have any suggestion?
Serious question, but it seems like using a sweep with a properly constrained sketch would be easier for this than the flex command. What's the advantage to this technique?
Impressive, but it looks like the tube's cross section is compromised because of the bend - not just within bend but at the end of the tube as well. Is it a material specific outcome or a flaw in the SW process?
hi i have a quick question with the flex feature can you give the pipe an exact angle of measure i have never used it and i am very interested in learning Thanks
Great video! Lots of useful info. Thanks for posting.
That last animation with Photoview 360 is so cool. I'm looking to do a bending animation similar with that.
you find this fun???
yea. That's what i'm working on a Hien
Can you prepare a video, how did you make an animation of this bending part?

@Christomb
hello
can please upload the video how you animated the tube bending.

+David Moscoe the advantage of this is that you can have a "flat pattern" of the tube for manufacturing purposes.
I have no videos for Inventor modeling. I quit Inventor for a while now. Solidworks is better, but at the bend tool, Inventor is better.

impressive!!
How You add a driven dimension to the equation???
i can't do this!
Thanks
Solidworks is so great, but at the moment to bend, Inventor is much muuuuuch better. I dont like how Solidworks does perspective as well.
Very detailed demo,Thank you
Excellent video. Thank you.

Wow!!! Super
can you please upload the video of how animate the tube bent in inventor or solidworks.
Mike
Can you please upload the video of how to animate the tube being bent.
thank you
@tubemaster2012 Me or Mikejwilson ?
THANK YOU!!!
thank a lot to you.
Ты крут!
WOW!
That's good, I'm very impressed and thankful for your effort.
great job....
hi...get me in touch ..want to focus on tutorial.
