My application process has been slow for a while, and my candidate support manager isn't doing anything about it... Doesn't respond to my in portal chats, what do I do. Even after sending her mails severally.
Mine has literally only talked to me or actioned anything if I’ve made contact first. He seems a nice enough bloke, but I treat them more like a recipe book than a chef.
