We take you to the villages of Africa and show you the real African Village life. You get to experience the richness, the beauty, the heritage, and the culture here in Africa. Too bad I have fish allergies. I get swelling and itching inside my throat, on my tongue, and get skin irritations. For some reason, the only seafoods that don't bother me are tuna and shrimp. I have no idea why?

    Hello

That was my last option, whenever I was hungry and no food in the house. My uncle wife use to store all the ingredients in her cardboard, and the maize flour is always available in average home, I will then prepare this and eat.
Please can you do a video about one food we called "Kpaligu/paligu rice", thus; is another indigenous food Ghanaian in the village. Thanks 👍🏾
