    Any A khata property for sale ? Pls post A khata in north Bangalore,
    Nobody will buy and take the interest in
    B khata and E khata properties !! So better avoid it !! Else ur time is also waste …

      E khata is as good as A khata, it’s called electronic kata

      @@priscapaul5740 no sir , u r completely wrong in this information !! E khata is electronic khata only as I said , but the information and protocols inside that is different, don’t get fooled by some basic information !!
      I would suggest not to buy any e khata or revenue lands … without a doubt am saying this !!
      Unless it’s 10000% legal , even with lawyer u cannot check the issues in the revenue and e khata lands … so it’s big NO !

      @Ap-ob7zd sir it’s not revenue or E Katha, it’s all BBMP Limits B Katha properties, now govt is issuing E Katha, I won’t promote any revenue lands and E Katha (In case if had individual Site E Katha is better property)
