It's utterly amazing to me how many truely giifted guitar players there are out there. I wonder how many of them will never be discovered... This guy is really talented, phrasing, technique and the ability to play within himself. Too many players out there feel the need to over play. This guy gets it.

For those that think they can never get to this level: Yes you can. Patience and dedication are the 2 things you need, beside a basic ability to play. Give yourself about 3 years of hard work(as in several hours daily), and you can get there if you already have some playing ability. I have personally seen many average guitar players go from just ok, to amazing in 2-3 years by simply applying themselves, and listening to a good instructor. Yes, it absolutely can be done.
Jack is like satriani, gambale, and amazing rolled into one. I love his phrasing, man those legato slides/bends are all money. I stubbled upon him a couple minutes while a was checking out eric johnson, and i'm glad i did. Jack is now one of my favorite guitar players,

At 49 years old, I guess I just can't understand why anyone would not think that this is some serious talent, super melodic, interpretative, and basically a uniquely bad ass jam. Other than a few hearing disabled people, it's a Bright Green Light Saber!
Very good technically but more importantly it sounds great musically. This guy is obviously very talented but more important is the fact that he delivers with style and grace.

Playing a Squier too. Silences the skeptics about whether its the guitar or the hands. It sounds so killer! Although this is probably one of the nicer Squier guitars made in Japan.

he understand and speak english pretty well. met him twice for his guitar clinic and he answered all questions in english comfortably..
