I don't think so. Inception doesn't own the ever-spinning top anyway! I took it like, fidget spinners are (were?) the new cool thing but before that we had tops and tops are very cool too. To me it's kind of a nod to her making cool new music but with a very nostalgic retro sound/aesthetic. Sort of acknowledging the influence. Just an off the cuff guess though. I just found Zombie-Chang today so I pretty much have zero context :D
