Lockstep now changes the background color on the offbeats to purple, to differentiate it better from the main beat, which is pink. Also, also. Those new Dazzles give me nightmares, I suppose.

tl;dr I like to headcanon that Fan Club 1/2 in Megamix take place after Fan Club 1/2 in the original in the timeline I like to headcanon the reason for the redesign in Fan Club (3DS) is that it’s actually taken place after Fan Club 2 (DS), in the original FC1 something about it feels like it’s a local show, very cozy and down to earth. When you go on a perfect for the Ds version for lockstep it’s easy if you miss they still count it as right but In mega mix if you miss you miss
megamix cosmic rhythm rally can never come close to being as hard as ds rhythm rally 2, it was HELL trying to flick the stylus on the touchpad that quickly and consistently, buttons make it SO much easier
11:08 hey I liked the 3DS Rhythm Tweezers graphics. If only they’d included the original sequel as well.
11:09 Did Jan Have A Stroke?
"can't flich a button"
Oh yeah? *flicks the X button with my finger and it comes FLYING off*
13:00 must have change this through locations until megamix
I don’t understand what people are talking about with Lockstep. I don’t remember having trouble perfecting it in both versions along with the sequel in the DS version
15:32 ok, can we just talk about how lazy this is? There was a HUGE opportunity to put in more references now there was more screen space. And rather than that, they just copy-pasted the space dancers and monkeys all over. COME ON. They could have done so much more, even something basic like having the rap women be there aswell. And maybe dj yellow and student. But no. What a wasted opportunity.
No matter if it's in DS or 3Ds. Cosmic Rhythm Rally will always be catchy
I dont know how but I got a perfect in lockstep and when reentering that old savefile I was legitamely scared of myself
Differences you missed: [MOSTLY MINOR DETAILS]
The Conveyor belt in Fillbots 2 in Megamix is faster than in DS
In Shoot-Em-Up 2 The Center Console is now smiling rather than making a neutral expression
In Blue Birds the ending in Megamix is slightly longer
In Dog Ninja the background is darker in Megamix
In Fan Club the lyrics aren’t in bubbles compared to the DS version
In Fan Club and Fan Club 2 the monkeys in the DS version are yellow compared to being the normal orange color in Megamix
In Frog Hop the cord attached to the microphone stand appears more torwards the front in Megamix compared to being more towards the side in DS
In Freeze Frame the layout of the trees and clouds in the background is changed
The Ending of Freeze Frame is slightly longer in Megamix
For Munchy Monk at the end the blushing expression stays in Megamix instead of being just a minor detail in the DS version
In Jumpin’ Jazz the ending is noticeably longer
Could you please do warioware gold too?
greenalink already did that much better than I could
18:43 after all of these years i have just learned that the monkeys are saying “i suppose, yeah!”
after playing both rhythm heaven ds and megamix, i do not understand how people think that lockstep is pain. i got superbs on all of them first try, its super simple. the entire 2nd column in ds is harder than both locksteps, especially shoot-em-up and moai doo-wop (both versions of moai is pain)
Me: playing lockstep
Friend: may I try?
Me: yes
Also me: 17:03
megamix was a masterpiece
Rhythm Heaven GBA Characters Appear in
Rhythm Heaven Deluxe
Example Sneaky Spirits, Night Walk Kid,
Cosmic Dancers, Bon Adori/Dance Girls, etc
the rhythm heaven fanon wiki and fantendo descriptions of rhythm heaven deluxe need to be coordinated better. is this game coming out later this year on xbox one or was it released in 2013 for the ps vita?
Me, trying to remember what rhythm heaven UA-camr this is:
Me, realizing it's the conlan critic guy:
Lockstep is the hardest, but immediately my most favorite after playing.
I love what you do with the Rhythm Heaven videos and I'm trying to compare Karate Man Kicks 1 and 2 from Rhythm Heaven DS by slowing down Karate Man Kicks 2 to Karate Man Kicks 1's speed, which is proving impossible
Fun fact: in Rhythm Heaven (DS), the Rhythm Rallies are exactly a tritone away from each other.
tried out rhythm heaven ds recently, im bad at it in general but im glad to know lockstep troubles weren't just a me thing lol
Did you like it
@@khalidhughes3771 yeah! the skip feature kept me from getting frustrated on certain levels, so i was able to come back to them later. it’s a hard game that’s accessible to people like me who are bad at video games, and i appreciate that a lot lol. wish other games had features like that
but yeah, i got a gba recently and have been playing rhythm tengoku too, and i plan on playing the other two as well once i get the chance (since i still have my old wii and 2ds) so as challenging as it is i still like the series a lot
@@zym5435 good to know that you like this game :D
Lockstep in Megamix signals the change of beats by the flashing background: going on beat gives you the normal bright pink but going off beat gives 6ou a darker pink background
Not sure if someone’s talked about it already, but there’s one difference you didn’t note in Karate Man Kicks. In Megamix the bombs now exploded once they’re kicked.
i did get a perfect at lockstep on the first trie k
What is you , you scares me
No one can do that
Im literally crying and shaking rn
Teach me your ways, master
I got a Perfect on both Lockstep 1 and 2 first try
