I think the equal measure of both ghee and water - 75ml each - to prepare the dough is not correct. Usually I thought whenever a dough is prepared with maida it takes more of water then ghee or butter (which is primarily used to make the dish fluffy or soft). Still when I started preparing the maida with the measurement you mentioned the dough didn’t end up sticky enough to make the small discs that can stick together. So please revise
