White-throated Kingfisher bird call

I spotted this white-throated kingfisher along the roadside making a peculiar call.
Could it be matin call if anyone knows do let me know thanks

sometimes they make loud calls while flying that's different from this one (we usually here that) this one I here many times when the bird perches at a place and makes this call.
