It's the glue used by school children;any trademark. If you want a lower cost,you can make what here in Argentina call "engrudo cocido" : 1cofee cup of flour plus three coffee cups of water,mix it and cook it till it gets thicker,let it cool down ,add a soup spoon of vinegar (to preserve it) ,put it into a bowl with a lid and maintain it in the fridge while you aren't using it.
