What’s so scary about William Afton is that, unlike many murderers, he doesn’t do what he does because he thinks that his victims deserve it, or because he thinks that he’ll bring about something good through killing. He kills for one reason: pure sadism. He is completely and inhumanly evil, like a demon, and that’s terrifying.
Personally,I think this voice for Springtrap is far more menacing,even when compared to the brilliance of the AR voice change. It sounds so much more... *TWISTED* (pun intended) than the somewhat calm yet more intellegent version in FNaF 6 and AR. I wanna take a moment and get sentimental. This video is 9 years old, soon to be 10, and Im 21. 9 years ago, I was 12, back in the good days of Five Nights at Freddy's, where TryhardNinja, JT, and Mandopony, as well as Groundbreaking were making the classic FNAF songs we all know. Before FNAF became what it is today. I was living with my cousins at the time, and my cousin Nathan loved FNAF. I remember when FNAF 3 first came out, and all of the FNAF animations that were on UA-cam. But I also remember this exact video as well, and loving it. I'm glad it's still up. I love the personality, the way he laughs, the way he's self aware of his crimes, and the way he wanders off in his thoughts when he explained how it started and spread off to animals, like a way of justifcation, of making him feel like it's alright, what he did. I think this has more personality than the official lines, and really lets you in on the mind of a serial killer. The way he seems so happy despite his state, so nonchalant, and calm. It's menacing. It's perfect. This is perfect. Thank you.
