There won’t be any war with Bangladesh. Both USA and China was upset with Sheikh Hasina, so it’s the USA’s deep states act of regime change. The major challenge would be maintaining good relationship between whosoever eventually takes power in Bangladesh and to secure our eastern border from illegal migration, smuggling and terrorist infiltration. Minorities particularly Hindus would be in great trouble in the new Bangladesh which may cause refugee crisis, also radicalisation will increase in Bangladesh which will be a challenge to India as both Pakistan and China will try to destabilise India.

Hi Vivek, one correction - Kargil war happened in June/July 1999 when Nawaz was PM. Musharraf took over in Oct 1999. So it is not a case that military leader tends to wage the war after coming to power.

So many Bangladesh people inside India in the name of Bangali . This situation is bad in south . Assam Bangal and Bangladesh difficult to identify .
There is nothing called Assamese in Assam these days.
Most regions in North east are getting over populated and criminal acts by illegal Muslim immigrants from Bangladesh and Politicians here are incompetent enough just to enjoy the votes and murder and fleeing of indigenous local people from a lot of villages. I've seen with my own eyes. It's pathetic.
Now we have to live between them and endure the atrocities done by those radicals.

Chronology is wrong about Pakistan. First Kargil war happened in April-July 1999. At that time Musharraf was only Army Chief. Then he did coup and later became President.
