@@mikyancona ..yes, what happens is that the text on both of them says: android is starting up, when i restart them but nothing more happens..alcatel 1 c should handle a drop to the floor with a wallet case on the phone..? :)
@@mikyancona ..wanna add this..the problem with one of my alcatel 1 c is that, when i chose position by gps and the phone is in battery saving mode i have to chose the second choice (out of three) that says gps positon with battery saving mode or else the phone will just shut down and i have to put it in factory settings again to make it work as it should.. :)

Hi, I bought in 2023 an Alcatel 1 (5033EP) and willing to transfer the pictures I took to my computer, there is no recognition of the cellphone at all. Could you tell me how to solve this issue, please ? I installed the SIM card and is not reconized by the cellphone. What is to be done, please ?
you have to upload the photos to google photos and see if it uploads them, the only solution is to completely reset the phone! let me know, subscribe to the channel
@@mikyancona - problem solved : connect Alcatel 1 cell phone to PC, go to "Settings" on cell phone, then select "Connected devices", select "USB connection", select "Transfer photos (PTP)" and the Alcatel 1 icon pops up in "This PC" under "Devices and drives". Then click on this icon, then again on "Internal shared storage", and then on one of "DCIM" and "Pictures". Click on "DCIM", then "Camera" and here we are, all pictures deploy in front of us. To copy and paste any picture in a document, just right click the mouse's button, select "Copy" and the work is done.

..bought this model and sometimes the super battery saving mode says the battery will last for 5 hours and some times it says for 38 hours even though the battery is fully charged..alcatel also has the brand tcl now..i´d say it´s just garbarge phones.. :)

Isn't it strange that the buttons at the bottom of the screen - return, home screen and recents - are the same as play record and stop buttons. And this phone has been found to contain multiple pre-installed apps! The phone is full of spyware and the only buttons on the screen, are the exact same buttons that record & control video in every single camera app!!
The mt6739 is actually a pretty decent chip. Its no slouch. 1GiB of ram does sting though. My stratus c5 “”””elite”””” has the same SOC but has 2GiB of ram.
As it's been out since 2021 and no longer receiving updates it would very much depend on the apps people want , for those just wanting for calls and texts it should probably last at least another year

Try draining battery or deleting apps usually works
