So when he gets to a high failstacks he use blackstar pri/tet to build the failstacks even higher. after he gets the recommended failstacks for the weapon he want to pen. He take a try with cron stones or j hammers or none

OMG. You must have the best RNG of all BDO, I have never succeeded in anything with less than 15% chances and you get TET BS extremely easy, also PEN.

Happens. Eventually it will come. I just tapped my first PEN weapon (bs awak) too a few days ago, in 5 years of playing..
