    From studying the research I discovered that dietary cholesterol doesn’t cause the clogs. Cholesterol is the firemen showing up at the fire to put it out. Rather, sugar and other carbs as well as seed oils cause normal LDL lipoproteins to become glycated by the sugar and oxidized by the seed oils. These proteins become small, dense with sharp edges. The receptors in the liver cannot re-uptake these proteins to recycle them. So these sharply malformed liposuction- proteins stay on the blood system and damage the blood vessels, and where there’s stagnation- traffic congestion then you get heart disease.

    I’m listening to this while lying on a rolled up towel under my painful hip. Next thing I know I have shooting pain in my knee on the inside of my leg and my neck is warm. I’m so excited! I just learned about block therapy a few days ago. I have a lot of good pain ahead of me. And allot to learn.

    Yes about trying to talk and chew at the same time. I have bitten my tongue or lip doing this. Learning not to rush or multi-task is becoming more of a focus in other areas too.

    How can I contact you with questions on helping me with my cancer journey? I have been dealing with it for 3 1/2 years. Where are you located? I believe my cancer did start with poor feet health over 35 years ago. I am now 66 years old. This cancer hasn’t taken me down in anyway, I still function normally. Well maybe not normal after coming across your videos. I am really not expecting a response because I realize you may never see this comment with your large following. Glad you are bringing this to everyone’s awareness!

    I understood that inflammation was lymph fluid to create protection to the injury. And ice was to reduce the fluid swelling and then make more the space for the blood to then come in to heal the injured area.

    • @Fluidisometrics
      @Fluidisometrics  7 місяців тому +2

      Inflammation is the first phase of the healing process. The lymph and blood will carry nutrients to the injured area and take away damaged cells and debris.
      Ice stops this from happening, stopping the first phase of healing.
      We want the inflammation to come in and do its job. Only if it becomes chronic do we want to move the inflammation out. You would do that by massaging the area.

    • @teresa6635
      @teresa6635 7 місяців тому

      I'm a practicing, licensed massage therapist and we were trained to not massage at the site of swelling. But it is safe to massage above and below the swelling area. Lymph moves out the toxic waste and blood brings in the nutrients and oxygen.

    We have to be careful with advising people to use both sides of the body for doing everyday tasks. There must be a reason why we have a dominant side, even though i also agree with aiming for balance in the system.
    My grandma was made to write with her non dominant hand when she was a young child at school as she was left handed and always had poor almost illegible handwriting with that hand and could never again write with her dominant hand as an adult.
    Something to think about, we are all unique. 💕

    Another excellent podcast. You do go beyond the subject matter and I learn so much. For example this time you brought up something that I was actually going to ask a question on. You mentioned a woman who lost 105 pounds and had no loose skin. I lost weight but I do have loose skin. I forget where but previously I think you had mentioned that loose skin is displaced fascia (If I remember that correctly)? So lets say I have loose skin in my inner thigh would I block my inner thigh or all around the thigh? I do sit by pulling my inner thigh skin out towards the outside like you show on the one video with Quinn and I think that has helped. But I was wondering what else I could do and what area to block? Maybe that should be one of your podcasts. As always, thank you.

    • @Fluidisometrics
      @Fluidisometrics  10 місяців тому +1

      Hi! This is a great question. Blocking the inner thigh would certainly be good, though this would not be the one and only cause site to work. All around the thigh as well as in the calves and feet will be necessary, as the fascia grips and twists up the entire leg. If you already have the Blocks, the Membership portion of the site has a wonderful 21 Day Pelvis, Legs, and Feet program that can effectively bring the legs back into alignment. I hope this helps!
