Interestingly sumo wrestlers are very obese but yet for the most part metabolically healthy and they get fat/obese eating a relatively healthy low fat high/calorie/high carb diet. They have lots of subcutaneous fat and very little visceral fat. What explains this? Does the fat you eat get stored more as visceral fat? Is the human body smart enough as to store excess carbs as fat in subcutaneous fat?
Dr. Rogers, I believe tbis is still incorrect as I noted prior. The Tarahumara did use Chia seeds and did even attribute chia to some of their longer runs. Why do you keep restating the opposite? Google tarahumara and chia seeds or properly research it. Thoughts?
Dr Rogers, what are your thoughts on Buckwheat?

Yes - Google ????
Chia seeds are probably not going to hurt you. Stick with the foundations, keep dietary fats at or around 10% and get them from plants/whole foods.
They ate a lot of pine nuts when they came across them but not regularly.
