The commander/CIA one of them then arrested the girl saying cos her boyfriend is an arm robber she is an accessory to his crime too. Apparently the girl didn't even know what her boyfriend did for living. The commander then proceeded in torturing the girl to get information from her by snipping off one third of her left ear. She was taken to the hospital and the commander who was urged to take his victim to the hospital refused to let the girl talk to the hospital staff, saying the girl is a minor, the girl is 20yrs old. If she's a minor why was she interrogated and tortured without having her parents or relative around. The commander denied he cut part of the girl's ear off, and lied that the girl came to the police station with part of her earlobe gone, the girl's mother asked to see the surveillance video they have, they refused to show it to her. The girl was punished for being innocent and the police lied. How can they be that brutal and barbaric amputating someone's ear when she hasn't done anything wrong. Can't imagine how many people have fall victim to these criminals in uniform 'CIU'. The country has to do something about the corrupt police system, this is unethical and those supposed to protect the people are the ones harming, hurting and killing them, these perpertrators in uniform get away scotfree with their crimes and has to stop. The criminal and justice system are not being harsh on perpetrators, that is why such crimes still go on.
