Even if there is a iota of doubt in a single person in this country, the court is duty bound to clear doubt for the citizens of this country. Prominent people of this country said multiple times if both EVM and Ballots were counted it would hardly take an additional 2 to 3 days. Delay of 2 to 3 days is not such a big issue if the doubts and suspicions of the citizens are taken care of

What I don't understand as a citizen, why Mr.Sanjay Khanna domination on every cases on PMLA that Mr.Khanna and Dutta sounds prejudiced (this is the feeling what I get) while considering humanitarian rights of anyone as a citizen they should stand with the weak not the powerful authoritarians. And CJI knows very well about it and talked about jail n bail many times, but why not CJI participate in such important decisions, where we believe Mr.Chandrachud has great lot to do to lead the courts in honest and justifiable manner. CJI avoids participation in EVM case as well in which at least a 5 or 7 bench is required as it is a matter of SERIOUS n ENDANGERING situations related to the rights of voting and the transparency of voting methods. And the judges seems to be not literate enough to handle these cases like EVM because it should not be just law what someone should know to judge these technical issues, but should call for the technical experts' support and opinions, and have their say in the court. Confused and feel hurt about the way Supreme Court moves. In case of Electoral Bonds clear evidences are present to act by the Investigating agencies about the purchase of Bonds and the give and takes involved. Just raising my concern if anyone in this knowledgeful community could educate citizens like me.

Justice Bela Trived of SC who is former BJP law secretary and Sanjeev Khanna where ever any case goes to them they will bend the deciaion in favor of BJP.
Same with High Court as it has BJP judges like Svarnakanta Sharma who said recently that Kejriwal will not be granted soecial priviaion of bail juat because there is election and he is politician.

PMLA कानून में आरोपी को स्वयं को निर्दोष सिद्ध करना होता है, जैसा कि Customs Act में सन 1993 से पूर्व विदैशी सामान के स्वामी को यह सिद्ध करना होता था कि उसके पास उपलब्ध सामान पर सीमा शुल्क चुकाया हुआं है। PMLA कानून में burden of proof आरोपी पर होता है जबकि अन्य सभी कानूनों में burden of proof सरकारी विभागों पर होता है। इसलिए PMLA कानून में कोर्ट आसानी से ज़मानत नहीं देता है। निर्दोष व्यक्तियों की रक्षा के लिए Customs Act की तरह PMLA कानून में भी burden of proof सरकारी विभाग (E D) पर करने के लिए आन्दोलन सहित सभी तरह की कोशिश करनी चाहिए। जय भारत जय संविधान जय भीम।
