SAB (System Of American Broadcasts) Is A ITV Styled Network Where Every State Has It's Own Network, This One Being New York, Which It's SAB Network Under The Name "Manhattan Brodcast Service" (Or "MBS" For Short) Was The Second To Launch On February 12th 1954, The Project Started Around 1949 With Test Transmissions Starting In 1952
