- बाड़मेर में श्रीकरणी शिक्षण संस्थान की ओर से श्रीकरणी बाल निकेतन उच्च प्राथमिक स्कूल (सुरा, बाड़मेर) का उद्घाटन के निमंत्रण कार्ड में पूर्व विधायक मेवाराम जैन का नाम छापने से आज़ाद सिंह नाराज हो गए ।आयोजन 16 जून सुबह 9 बजे तय किया गया था। कार्यक्रम के लिए छपे निमंत्रण पत्र में अतिथियों में मेवाराम का नाम देख प्रदेश कांग्रेस सचिव आजाद सिंह राठौड़ बौखला गए।सोशल मीडिया पोस्ट में उन्होंने बिना नाम लिखे पूर्व विधायक पर आरोप लगाते हुए लिखा- मैं किसी दुराचारी, चरित्रहीन, निकृष्ट व्यक्ति के साथ मंच साझा नहीं कर सकता। शर्मनाक, अश्लील व बेशर्म लोग मुझे अपने दुराचार ग्रुप में शामिल करने की कोशिश न करें,आयोजक तुरंत इस निमंत्रण पत्र से मेरा नाम हटाएं।स्कूल का उद्घाटन शिव विधायक रविंद्र सिंह भाटी के हाथों होना था

The inauguration of Shrikarni Bal Niketan Higher Primary School (Sura, Barmer) by Shrikarni Shikshan Sansthan in Barmer was scheduled for June 16th at 9 a.m. The invitation card printed with the name of former MLA Mevararam Jain angered Azad Singh. The event was scheduled for 16th June at 9 a.m. Invitations printed with Mevararam's name among the guests upset Pradesh Congress Secretary Azad Singh Rathore. In a social media post, without mentioning the name, he accused the former MLA of sharing the stage with a corrupt, immoral, and disgraceful person. He demanded immediate removal of his name from the invitation letter. The inauguration of the school was supposed to be done by Shiv MLA Ravindra Singh Bhati.
