    Idol na talaga kita, chef. Ilang years na akong sa food business pero marami akong natututunan sayo. Wala ka masyadong pa-ekek. Talagang SIMPOL!

      True! Simple (simpol) lang pero lagi talaga akong may natututunan since pandemic. Simpleng trivia or techniques lang pero they make sense. May scientific explanation. Yan ang tunay na chef. Hindi yung basta lahok, gisa, halo lang na hindi alam yung nangyayari sa niluluto kung pantay ba ang pagkakaluto.

    Thank you! Kakagawa ko lng ng Shanghai a few days ago, I cut them in half kse it was too long, and it turned out good after deep frying🙂 next time try ko rin un recipe nyo.

    Hello, Chef! Nakatatlong batch na ako ng lumpiang shanghai using your recipe! Hit na hit sa mga kapwa Pinoy at non-Pinoy co-workers ko dito sa Vancouver, BC, Canada. Hirap ako maghanap ng Kin-tsai so yung first two batches, curly parsley ginamit ko pero nasarap din sya. This time, nakabili ako ng Kin-tsai so gawa uli ako ngayon. Thank you, Chef!     Hi Chef Tatung I've been following all your videos because you inspire me to learn to cook. You make your dishes with simpol recipes and processes. You also give tips and tricks which are very helpful. I am 57 years old, a father to 3 children whom I also beginning to slowly teach how to cook using your simpol recipes. I can say that they are enjoying cooking which is one of our family bonding activity during this Pandemic.
    I wanted to buy your Simpol Cookbook but unfortunately it was all sold out. I sure a lot of people like me didn't have a chance to buy. Please consider printing some more copies of your book.
    Lumpiang Shanghai is one of our favorite food.

    Chef, I made this tonight and it's so yummy! My husband is allergic to shrimp so I'm glad your recipe doesn't call for it. One thing though, the flour-water "glue" was too much. I think I used only 1/4 of it. Still, thanks for this recipe!

    Chef Tatung, tried your Shanghai with addition of shrimp and mixed of chicken and pork a little tweak kinulang kasi ng ground pork. Really good and easy to make “SIMPOL using your original recipe. Thank you Chef🤗

    i am making the spring rolls now. I have found that making your own sweet chilli sauce is nice! I just use tomato sauce ketchup and 1 part hot chilli sauce and just add some caster sugar and mix mmm

    Hi chef 🥰 nako po sobrang favorite namim lumpiang Shanghai lagi po nasa menu kopo Yan kasi madali po ulamim naka stock lang sa ref prito nalang nang prito.thanks chef
