Hi, Karolyn, another AWESOME cake - I never tire of watching your techniques! I am now a convert of using edible printed images to decorate my cakes, so I bought edible frosting sheets, which work great for figures, but I'm not as happy when I use them on my royal icing cookies. The images feel like thick paper on top even though the taste is not affected... Have you ever tried using edible images on cookies? Maybe that's the way it's suppose to feel??? I'm open to all suggestions/comments. Many thanks :)

Does the powder help the marshmallow fondant not be so shinny ? I made marshmallow fondant once and it had that glossy shinny finish that I didn’t like so I went back to using Wilton fondant
Hmmmm, my marshmallow fondant isn't shiny so I'm not sure what happened. If you decorated the cake on a hot day, that could have been why that happened?
Yep! I add some tylose powder to it, knead it into the fondant, roll it out and let it sit for about 20 minutes before I start cutting it so it has time to harden a little.
