I watched this film and now came to see the trailer to see how people are reacting to it. One thing for sure,this film couldn't have been performed better by anyone else except kangana bcz there was not much difference between the personalities of kangana and jaya. No wonder why kangana's acting looked so genuine and natural in the entire film.
This film is good but it is a summarised version of the actual real life story of Jayalalita since childhood. Ramya Krishnan starter *Queen* web series (2020) is a more detailed version of it. But there is no comparison. Both the film and web series stand correct at their own places.

Being from TN and having watched it in Tamil, I can say the movie pretty much nailed it, superb performances by Kangana and Arvind Swamy, they killed it. Very strategic ending too, it gave enough hints to what was to come next without getting into details.
