Hi Everyone, I'm Bikram Chawla Toronto Paramedic Services Chief.
From September 11 to 15 we'll be celebrating Toronto Public Service Week an opportunity to recognize the 43,000 members of our Public Service who proudly serve our residents and visitors.
I'd also like to give a particularly heartfelt shout out to the staff of Toronto Paramedic Services each of you, our Paramedics, Emergency Medical Dispatchers and Call Takers, Supporting Leadership Staff play a vital role ensuring we deliver the best possible care to our community. We know you work under challenging conditions and still you're always there when our residents need you most.
You truly do make a difference in people's lives.
I cannot begin to tell you how deeply we appreciate all the work that you do and the differences that you make every day. Remember the reason for our successes are our people. So on behalf of all of us and the entire Senior Team, I just want to say thank you take care of yourselves and each other and Happy Toronto Public Service Week.
