But you know something? whether he's a high or lower class saiyan, it doesn't matter, those ranking systems in planet vegeta don't mean anything, I mean just look at how strong Goku is now, the kais even stated that if SSG Goku and Beerus kept fighting, it would end up with the entire universe being destroyed, could you imagine that? Goku could destroy a universe just by clashing fist with Beerus? and remember that was a long time ago, he's obviously leagues above his past self.
Fun fact:dragon ball gt starts when dragon ball super ends remeber pan was just a Little baby. And in gt shes like idk 12 so that means db gt is newer than db super
