Can I refill the thing with what I want
I got mine today and it says that you should remove the cotton swab, that's inside of the case, but I can't figure out how to get it out. Pulling as hard as I can. Wonder if I have to unscrew that little screw next to the base, or if it's even necessary. Looks like you didn't do it, and it's working fine? I love the smell. Can't wait to get it into the car.
I never removed it lol and mine still works.

Do you have a great video up here but I’d like to ask you a few questions first mine did not come with a card in the box for set up. It came with a little booklet that didn’t say much but you know how long I have to charge this product before using it and do I put the bottle of cologne in before charging it? A big thank you in advance if you can reply back to me.
Charges in an hour and it doesn't matter if the bottle is in there when you charge it.
@@ReviewsandHowTos01 I had to send it back, I let it charged it for another hour after I posted my question, nothing came out of the unit. There was probably something wrong with it. Amazon gave me a full refund.

I understand that the bottom line of any company is to make $ and hence they design products that require you to buy "refills" of their product. Can you just put back into the same empty fragrance bottle a scent of your own? I get that you probably get money for selling this product, but I think more people would buy it if they know they can refill it. I say that respectfully and am not trying to be contentious, but would like an answer from either the owner of this channel or anyone in the comment section. Thanks!
Couldn’t I just mix my own essential oil into some water back into the same empty fragrance bottle and use it?
you can, just make sure to buy new cotton swabs that the ceeniu requires and use that for the new scent. I have one and I cant express how much I actually like. it saves me so much money on not having to buy new air fresheners every month
