Do you have a video showing the complete disassembly of the print head from the locking parts? Because the head was already disassembled for the video demonstration.
I dtf can print few pages only then misprint. After i run a clean cycle. It works again. Same few pages then misprint. Is there any way to solve this??
Thanks a lot boss Please what if when you do pulling the ink, doesn't come, only air come? That's when the machine is off unless you on the machine before you can pull
How can you tell if your printer head is needing replacement. So my problem is that when I do a nozzle test I get complete ink but while printing the a particular nozzle keeps blocking even when I swap colours it only happens on that particular nozzle
Very informative video but i have a challenge. My large format machine is Graphking. Ive been using it since October ending last year but all of a sudden, i started discovering that the print head is draws line recently and CYAN seems to be pouring too much, messing my print job all the time. My engineer adviced me to always use solvent to clean the cap and the head every now and then. This I've been doing almost everyday. When i clean the print head and cap with the solvent once and try printing a job, the CYAN will stop pouring but the lines will still be showing but if i dry the soft foamlike brush the engineer gave me for the cleaning properly and clean the print head again, the lines with stop and the CYAN will start pourin again. I'm just tired and frustrated. Please i need your advice on what to do. Thank you Sir
Swap the troubled cyan with any other color. And do the swap on the software side. See if the problem occurs on that new one you swapped it with. Let me know what the outcome is.
I started having problems with error code 16 yesterday after cleaning machine with solution... some liquid went throug the data cable slot Should i wait for it do dry or sumn? or i just buy a new one?
You explanation is really emphasize the blocked, I honestly believe a lot of people will come online for solutions on why their printer heads are drawing lines might already have done nuzzle test. I think the problem really lies the fact that your nuzzle test is PERFECT (NOT BLOCKED) and yet your printer draws lines... That's the headache, that what will make you google but if your nuzzle head is blocked you don't need a rocket scientist to tell you not all your colors is flowing... Please 100% nuzzle test yet printer is drawing lines, what's the solution or work around that???
Like in the video. 100% nozzle test but the printer head is still drawing lines is a printer head problem. An electronic problem as I have said. I advise you carefully listen to the video again Incase you may have missed the central ideas there.
I have replaced the print head after it stopped printing colour, but no colour comes out of the new print head either, the pump is running but nothing comes out. What could be the problem? Cables are also new
no you cant. because the the ink goes from a containment area and is pushed out through the small holes. If you dont have the plate, the ink just gushes out like a waterfall and spoil your printer.
@avrielpeter7527 maybe you didn't understand the video. Without the plate. The head won't work. But what i pointed out there was the square ring around the plate. Your print head would print fine without that ring. So I guess you must have gotten the emphasis wrong on that one.
I have 2 Yinghe 1.8m Large format printers, I replaced My xp600 1 month ago and i just found today the channels had switched the inks . What is the recommended solution because both are doing the same thing and i feel so much disappointed having invested in this because this stuff is so expensive to replace each and every time. I am from Kenya. Thanks in Advance.
What you just said is so difficult to understand that I have to see a video proof to understand it. But it doesn't sound like a difficult problem yet. I guess it's because I don't understand what you're saying.

Thank you for sharing, it was very informative.
Very illustrative.thanks!
Do you have a video showing the complete disassembly of the print head from the locking parts?
Because the head was already disassembled for the video demonstration.
I don't have this video uploaded yet. Sorry. Unless you pay the consultation then I can send to you personally
Very informative, I really liked, thank you for sharing!
You're welcome
Which is better in terms of quality and durability? Dx11 or XC90?
Its print head was already opened and disassembled.
Do you have a video showing how to disassemble the print head from scratch from its latches?
You very educated on this! Cheers
Thanks bro. I'm still hopeful that I know much more.
Anyways I'm glad it was helpful.
@richwords1 so if you soak these in was they don't damage?
Depends on what you intend to soak it into
To show the nozzle, u may use/put torchlight behind the plate. It will show clearly all the small nozzle on the plate.
Yep..!
Спасибо за информацию:)
Очень полезное видео!
Пользуюсь такой же головкой:)
You're welcome
Thank you for your help
Happy to help
my printer has an issue of dropping ink while printing I tried changing dumpers it didn't work, how can solve the issue?
Make sure there is no air entering the dampers. 2. Reduce the ink quantity inside your tank to about half the tank.
Thank you
Very informative. Thanks
You're welcome

What is the glue to attach the yellow plate back to Sir's head?
Anu glue that can fasten metal
Thanks a lot boss Please what if when you do pulling the ink, doesn't come, only air come? That's when the machine is off unless you on the machine before you can pull
If when you pull from the machine there is air. Then it's likely a cap issue
Kindly remember to subscribe to this channel so you don't miss any updates in the future
My nozzle comes very well but when am printing it comes with lines.
You will see that there's ink hanging on the head. Any solution?
Reduce the quantity of ink in your tank. It's too full. So it's giving backwards pressure towards the head.
Reduce it to about a quarter empty
Been facing the same issues. I just realized my yellow tank is tooo full
I'm glad it was helpful

Hi. How about xp600 printing extra red dots on my solid mustard yellow? Have any idea how to solve?
Might be air gaps in the tube

I have tried Manuall pumping and cleaning many times
My bosses are working. In full but prints lines as soon as I start printing again
If the printer head is older than 4months. Then the head is getting old. You should start thinking about replacing it.
@@richwords1 mine is a new head and it has been printing lines since day one
Send me a video on WhatsApp
My nozzels are right and clear

@@richwords1 okay bro

Maybe you didn't connect it well
@@richwords1 Make sure the metal conductors on the flexi cable are lined and touching perfectly on the head as well as the head connector.
Make sure that your buying the right prnti head also
Can you repair a printer head that shows errors 16 in the machine
No. Just buy another one
my printer prints well half the print and the other half is only lines, can you please tell me what can be the problem?
Mostly it's the printer head. Either it's leaking Ink. Or it's getting old.
our printing is not printing and giving code 000028 00.2 so what is the solution, please
Is it possible to print without the tiny metal plate at the bottom?
Sure you can as long as what you're saying is the rings around it. And not the flat plate.
no you cant. because the the ink goes from a containment area and is pushed out through the small holes. If you dont have the plate, the ink just gushes out like a waterfall and spoil your printer.
