    Amazing amount of effort being put into this conservation effort. This is going to positively impact the flyway for many years to come.

      All they’re doing is keeping ducks there and preventing them from migrating through public hunting lands. I spoke to a game warden in Louisiana last week. He said they’re tracking the “backpack” duck transmitters. They watch them migrate from refuge to refuge. He said they can watch them on GPS fly way out of the way to avoid public timber and lakes. The ducks have been imprinted and know exactly where to go.
