In revelation we see those taking the mark taking it because they love their sin and they won't repent no matter what. They genuinely hate the Lord. Motive counts for a lot since God sees our heart. Either way, I'm premill, so the elect will be removed prior to the day of the Lord.
You take a moment of something that has been addressed afterwards and sum up the man’s whole ministry by something said a long time ago and without the context of the question asked him. Have you listened to his teachings on Revelation and premillennialism?

He’s not all in on Calvinism, he just teaches what the Bible does, that God chooses man and not man choosing God.
