Me too! I had “the ultimate sweater machine” and literally never got anything made from it because it was such crap! But these newer ones look so good!
I have recently started to knit and crochet. I am currently working on my very first grany square jumper. Probably try this once if finish the current one. Loved it
Absolutely LOVE Wolf Alice and got so excited when I saw you mentioned this project in your previous video. Such a stunning finished product! It's made me feel inspired to try out something similar. Truly enjoy your content and watching your channel grow❤
wow i love the finished result! it was really nice to watch your trial-and-error process. i've recently was crocheting a vest and had to frog it a couple of times and oh my, it's such a pain in the ass to do that. but just like you said, it's always worth it and always looks way better... great video!!! i love the idea of the second jumper with the lyrics continuation and swapped colors
Frogging is so horrible in the moment, but I’ve learned the most from having to frog my projects mutiple times and redoing them, so now I keep that in mind to not give up completely:’)
I love how it turned out!! I've also been toying with the idea of making my own 'merch'. :) So nice to see your process as well, your videos have already inspired me a great lot. I can get so stuck in wanting everything to turn out perfectly but then I dont start anything at all😅
I think I have once shortened sleeves by just cutting away a middle piece but keeping the lower part and knit-weaving them back together without the part I had cut out. That Was so easy, no redoing. Not Sure if you did the same with the bodice but in case not, that is an idea.
I thought about that doing that, but then i got scared because i’ve never done it before and i didn’t wanna ruin my project 😭 definitely one to learn though!
@@averpaula I have only ever knitted one jumper, am not very experienced, and yet I made this up and thought it was really easy, so it will be even more for you
woah wait sorry i have what may be a silly question. what happened with when you were cutting it? why did you opt to do that and what was the result? looks gorgeous!
I couldn’t frog it because it was the bottom of my project, and because I made it on my knitting machine, each row is then looped together on each end, so it gets super tangled and knotted :( the only way is to cut it sadly, but then the cut off bits can be frogged to save the yarn
I had the same question! Sorry you had to cut the bottom of it and lose that work but the jumper came out so lovely!!! I hope you enjoy it for many many years it’s beautiful
If you like Wolf Alice, you should really listen to The Jezabels. Sorry, I just really love them so so much that I always have to recommend them :D Also, both bands have a song called "Smile" and they are both some of my favs :D
there was a very divisive debate online about who came up with adding text on jumpers, and a few creators have been called out for stealing another artist's work
I love your jumper! Your colorwork is so tidy and neat :). I've always wanted to try handmade intarsia on the KM (I have a SK700) and this video is a great start: ua-cam.com/video/kFlQ0GLs9PM/v-deo.html&ab_channel=Knitology1x1 perhaps it would motivate you to make the 2nd jumper :D. Lots of love from Costa Rica!
The urge to buy a knitting machine grows everyday… I’m obsessed with all your work!
Same 😅😅

I feel this!! I always tell myself that making something imperfectly is better than making nothing
would you consider a stitch fiddle tutorial ?

I love this thank you for showing the process! What website did you use to create your own grid?

I’ll have to give them a listen 🥰
I love it! But why is text on jumpers controversial? Am I missing something lol
