About THETA & DELTA WAVES: Theta brain waves occur when you’re sleeping or in a very relaxed state of mind. Theta waves fall into binaural beats frequency range of 4-8 Hz. The binaural beat that a person perceives is the frequency DIFFERENCE between the waves entering the left and right ear. So, for example, music in the right ear oscillates at 48-52 Hz & music in the left ear oscillates at 44-48 Hz, creating a frequency difference (LEFT-RIGHT) in the range of 4-8 Hz thereby classifying it as theta brain waves. Similarly, if the difference is 0.3-4 Hz it will be classified as delta waves.
Use earphones & play it at "low to medium" volume for the best result.
This music's unique sound design elements provide healing & peace to the mind and body for a deep state of meditation.
The video is made 10 hours long & the dark screen is used after 10 minutes so you can play this video during the night without interruptions.

Please buy these:
magnesium powder and Ashwaghanda.
They will both help you sleep like a baby when taken together and also relieve anxiety and depression if you have any.
Any health food shop/ vitamin store will have these.

Does this actually heal/reprogram insomnia or is it more of a temporary hypnosis?
I find it disappointing that a lot of these require Headphones, and there are those hof us who cannot wear Headphones at night, for various reasons. ...they make me too uncomfortable, among other reasons.
Hi, thank you for visiting my channel. I understand it might feel uncomfortable to wear headphones while sleeping. I would suggest getting a bluetooth speaker with a good bass response. That will work as good as headphones.
This music never affects ....... zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz 😴
This works instantly! Thank you🙏🤍
No ads??
If this isn't incentive to put a subwoofer in our bedroom, nothing is. 💆🏻♀️
Not loud enough
Lol the human ear can't hear below 20hz.. Most can't hear below 30hz. Headphones don't produce frequencies below 20hz 🤦
The audible bass frequencies we hear is coming through in a staggered manner, like the fluttering of the wings of a bird, 7 times in a second. Took me awhile to understand it myself👍
Humans can only hear down to 20Hz. Most phones and headphones probably only go down to 50Hz bass range. How is this 7Hz?🤔
The higher notes are "interupted" 7 times/ second, kind of like talking into a fan
I went to sleep once I turned that stupid music off!
