I love the first 2 pair of earrings, they remind me of the one I wore late 80's and 90's. Blazers with jeans or high waisted shorts with blazer and big hair! I love them coming back!

Look into tattoo eyebrows (not sure of the official name). My mom was like you and in her 60s she had it done and loved it. She had it done at our eye doctors office.

Just hoping to give some helpful information & say, your hormones are probably playing a major role in your hair. I know it has for me. Hair thinning from hormones can start in your 40s. There's alot of stuff you can do to help it tho. Try to balance out your hormones. I take maca root which has freaking saved my life!! And I'm using a hair regrowth serum too. Anyway, do ya some research on hormonal hair loss. Take care hun!

I'm with you girl. I've always been into solids. Teased my mother about her patterns. I was in my early 40s when I finally broke into wearing patterns. I started with Asian patterns and dainty floral. I'm in my 50s and still don't do many bold prints or patterns.
Loved everything - especially the hats (I wear them almost daily). I’m not a big name shopper either - in fact I usually like stuff after the trend is over, but I don’t care & wear what I want! I look for your updates daily & enjoy them immensely. Keep them coming!

I dont have eyebrows either; ask dermatologist what i could use, he prescribed Latisse and it is a miracle. I have my eyebrows back and have only been using it for about 4 months. So worth the $50 a month.

Your hair could be thinning because you always wear hats. My uncle played baseball and always had a hat on , he notice his hair was thinning and after he stopped baseball , no hat equalled his hair coming back in. 🤷♀️
Also, get your thyroid checked. That is also a sign of thinning hair, physical energy, and depression.

You remind me of my son, who is 53, and still dresses like a frat boy. You dress like you’re still in college. I love it when you add reds, pinks, etc. and prints. I have to wear bright colors, or I get depressed. I do not own anything brown, a dead color that looks like mud.
Amen to the eyebrow problem! I, also, have no brows, and I’m so tired of penciling them in. I sometimes use mascara, but I have more skimpy hairs on one side than the other, so it’ a major process to do my brows. I often just throw on a ball cap and some lipstick and forget it.
I have always wondered about having name brand items. Seems to me if I’m going to advertise for a company or brand, they should pay me. Just sayin’.

I just hate that a beautiful as you look in “colors”, you gravitate to only black. This is just my personal opinion, but black in so depressing, boring and ordinary.
You look so much better in colors, not to mention that colors makes you look happy! But, it’s not my life, to many of us, we can see and feel your unhappiness in your clothes. This was not to meant to be rude, just want to see your beauty and happiness through your clothes. Granted, I old. I suppose most beautiful women today want to wear black, baseball caps, Nike stuff, what ever. Me, I will forever be a woman, look like a woman, wear makeup, fix my hair and wear jewelry! If you ever looked at 40-50’s photos you would understand what I’m talking about. Good luck with your new house.

Mary I made my own pearl rings. I went to Dollar Tree and got the different size pearl beds. Then went to the hobby lobby and got stretched string in the jewelry aisle and made them fit my finger. (Sometimes you can find a stretchy cord at Dollar Tree.)
Hi Marie! I have leukemia. With cancer comes chemo and loss of hair. My hair stylist suggested I get my brows tattooed on! She did it for me and I really like it! It’s been almost 2 yrs ago and they still are tattooed on to where I can see them. I do have to add some brow pencil now. FYI! Thx for the haul! I’m excited to see your new house!

I dye my eyebrows using just for men. Tiny pea sized amounts of each ( color and developer). Mix well. Brush it on using a small soft brush. Use more than you think you should. In 5 minutes you’re going to look like Groucho Marx but that’s okay. You can leave it on 10 minutes. Wash it off carefully making sure not to get any into your eyes. It washes off so much lighter. Enjoy. Mine lasts about a month.

Have you thought about getting your brows microbladed? I used to overly pluck or shave them and they looked nuts (so not the same as having no hair) I've gotten mine done and they look amazing
