For Indians who are seeking to move abroad, go to the USA (most preferred) or Australia/ Germany (less money). Ignore the rest of the countries. USA is a bit bad in terms of job safety as it is extremely company friendly nation, but it keeps you on the edge when young (which is very required to grow in life). TLDR; if you want money, go to the USA. It has very less baggage and things move fast.
"Ignore the rest of the countries" maybe not all people who seek to move abroad do it just to get an objectified "better living" nd stuff, it's a lot about which place they feel connected with in a lot of things.. First of all there must always be a reason for you to be moving abroad at all or even considering it as an option.. If you have trouble finding a "why", best to just stay in ur country at least u won't be treated like an outsider in your own country in case anything happens.. If your reason for moving out is to just make your life more interesting and to go outside your comfort zone to try something new and learn new things then maybe it makes sense to just go for the option that pays you most (US) or maybe another european country where english is common if you don't wanna learn any new language, basically what you said.. But dude the people who usually feel like moving to Japan wanna do that cuz they feel connected with it, the system feels like it'd treat them good and they'd feel more "at home" there, the language feels interesting and inspiring, also can be a lot of other things, music or anime are totally valid reasons as well, the culture as well ofc.. hope you get my point.. it's that even if the work culture is that way there or if they get too much earthquakes, nothing seems troublesome cuz just being there and living alongside those people in their much more kind, mindful and respectful social system would compensate for all those aforementioned things..
Does the same thing happen in IT industry, Ive heard that there's Japanese and Foreign division, we can wiggle around in Foreign companies but not in Japanese. Is it True?
Yes exactly, you are right culture in foreign companies based in japan so different. I am working in one of them, i made another video on that ua-cam.com/video/BFPL5GsILJY/v-deo.htmlsi=fBuq1VD9BNVQ0hFR
Is it same in the Software/IT field too? I am kind of interviewing for a Japenese company and I will have to move to Japan, so is it like we cant switch easily if we are not liking the culture of that company. Please respond.
I guess things are simple and easy for foreigners. Plus as I mentioned in the description take these things with a pinch of salt because due to globalisation things are changing.
Please don't come to Japan. We don't want any violence and hate here. India has a fresh history of genocide in the name of religion, race, color, creed and what not.
No. We Japanese don't want you. Your behaviour is not Asian. In south Asia only Nepal and Bhutan are the true Asians. Its the behaviour not color. Learn something from Nepal and Bhutan.
I think your video are really helpful for me😇.. but I can't understand your language that much.. that's the worst thing 🙂.. can you explain more in English please?
thanks for your honest take! really insightful
People work to live in the world, and in Japan, people Live to Work.
