Is it required that devices listed in generated csv file connected on the same network where you will run the powershell script?
No.
It's offline method. Patching compliance calculation is based on the information present in the CSV file. You just need the CSV and good internet connection on the Machine from where you are running this script.
Only Intune or global admin wil be able to execute this
This is offline method so if you have Intune Device dump anyone can run this.
for windows it works good. Can you also add for mac devices

If the device is co-managed and patch is being performed by SCCM for some devices then how this Powershell script will work? Thanks.
Good question! Basically this script checks the operating system revision version (e.g., 10.0.19042.xxxx) and verifies whether the machine has received the latest Patch Tuesday updates. This applies regardless of whether your system is managed by SCCM or Intune for patching.

Hi Sir, The offline file which we downloaded from Intune portal doesn’t contain installed KB but how come we get those KB in compliance report? Please help me to get this
There is a logic in script to check what is the latest patch available for each version and then compare the version and find compliant non compliant..

Not exactly what you are looking for but this will tell you patch installed on the systems and it's release date. Using this information you can create report close to your requirement report.
