Major Arson fire in California. Over 400,000 acres burning. Park Fire in Chico. Butte County.
Authorities arrest 42-year-old Ronnie Dean Stout II after witnesses seen him pushing a car that was on fire into a gully near the Alligator Hole in upper Bidwell Park shortly before 3 p.m. on Wednesday. They say the car went down a 60-foot embankment and burned completely, spreading flames and causing the massive wildfire.
Firefighters on the scene. Evacuations underway.
High Winds are spreading the flames.

Also, for those here claiming this is the result of DEW. I’m so sorry to be the bearer of bad news for you. This was the result of a man leaving his vehicle (which caught fire) in our large municipal park. Everything is dry here, and fires spread FAST. This particular fire started in the park and spread quickly. We quite literally watched it spread. It was terrifying how fast it moved, gained momentum, and became uncontrollable.
He didn't just leave it, he pushed it down into a gully & walked away.
Amy I've been arguing with these kooks who don't understand basic fire science for years now... but you cannot reason someone out of a position they didn't reason themselves into. Glad you're alright.
So sorry for this, these fires are deadly and can wipe out a body of land in mind. I'm from California and I had to run from a few fires. My prayers are for all that suffered here 🙏🏼🫂
Chico was my home town to see this again is so very sad. What’s sad is ppl comment NEGATIVE when they have NO IDEA. Wind is such a factor it can burn stuff and not others. It’s a good thing they caught this guy. So sorry for the ppl that lost their homes. Haven’t found out if any friends did but staying in touch with ppl there. 😢
Thank you for that information. It's heartbreaking how people are so reckless. If your car goes on fire and he wasn't aware there was an issue. What could he do? May be if everyone could have a small fire extinguisher in their car? I don't know if that would be safe.
Those smouldering tree stumps have the roots still burning underground. If it was dark, you'd see the glow of the embers. Take care & thanks for the coverage. Prayers for those who are hit by this devastation
Yes, and they will continue to burn for a very long time, at least a couple of weeks.
A week after the Almeda fire of 2020, the ground was still hot enough to melt the soles of shoes.
My heart breaks for the wildlife 😭💔
Yes mine too 😭💔
Ask Oprah she knows fires
Good grief
Or ask the guy in custody, he got caught in the act by witnesses.
Reminds me of the destruction from the campfire. Words cant say things i seen in Paradise....
I saw them too. Eerily familiar.

Campfire my butt and a innocent lady is in prison because people didn’t listen to a expert arborist
@@christinavance1128 what you talking about? 86 people died in that fire. There was many more but fire was so hot it left no trace... both the campfire and parkfire was in my backyard. sit yourself down clown.... you a keyboard warrior that has no damn clue.
@@christinavance1128 another thing about the campfire... The fire got in the tree tops. the pine beetle has killed off thousands of trees. it raced along in the tree tops to paradise then ambers fell down lighting the ground growth. This land it burned in was owned by the GOVT not the state.. state had no control or permission to go clear it out.
Hey JLR. I like a lot of your work/things you cover, but I have to say. I’m kind of shocked to see you showing footage of the private property of others that has been destroyed like this. It can be incredibly traumatic/devastating to see this on film when many haven’t returned home yet to process this. I live in this area, and this has been incredibly hard for folks here. Please. Have some compassion and don’t film private property immediately after a natural disaster like this 🙏🏼
Yes
This is far from a natural disaster! This is the devastation of arson!
Nice to see you in/near Chico!
I survived the Camp Fire in Paradise…that was a “ run for your life “ experience…no evacuation warnings for us.
I swore I would never live anywhere surrounded by trees and no exits out of town again.
But where do you run to? If it’s not fires then it’s hurricanes, floods, tornadoes, tsunamis, earthquakes and everything in between…
Palm Springs is nice. We live 20 min from there. Not many natural disasters.
No where to run..during the Campfire..well I ended up running to Wa.on coast..Now I'm in Tsunami zone. EITHER WAY . YOUR RUNNING FOR YOUR LIVES...it's crazy!
Remember people someone purposely started this fire he is in custody.
A convicted Pdoughfile at that.
lol, yeh suuuuure, the patsy in in custody, lol, while our governments worldwide are burning everything to a crisp with DEW weapons! wake up and LOOK for the truth.
So they say. . .
Not a fire, trees still standing. Is kind of microwaving.
Wear a respirator brother.. all kinds of nasty shit you don't wanna be breathing
This is heartbreaking 💔 😢 My prayers for all those who lost everything , fire fighters ,law enforcement officials, and JLR and Magnolia ❤ please stay safe 🙏 thank you for the coverage 🙏 💙
Doesn't add up cars and houses completely destroyed and yet there are still trees standing untouched 🤔 make it make sense 🤯
Learn how wildfires work then and it'll literally make PERFECT sense!!🤦🏼♂️😵💫
@@Bizzy7891🙌🫶👏😃🎯Say it LOUDER 📢 for the folks that are super dee, dee, dee & just can’t seem to get a stinking clue 👏🙌🫶🎯
Does not add up. Trees fine nxt to houses that are ashes. Smells fishy
The wildfires we have here buildings always burn up and the trees are standing. The houses burn up because they are dry and all the contents inside. The trees have moisture in side so they don't burn just the branches and needles. Have you ever cut a fresh log to burn camping? It takes along time to Start and burns for hours and hours because of the moisture.
You dont know much about wildfires or forest ecology
You're absolutely delusional and have no idea what you're even talking about but go ahead and act like you do!
You obviously have never toured an area that's been hit by a wildfire.
There was a single house left standing in our neighborhood. Everything around it got leveled. It just happens.
@@PhoenixRisen63 same with my uncle's neighborhood almost 3 years ago it took everything out except one mobile home which would usually be the first thing to go in a fire lol but somehow it was still standing!
It's so sad to see what a hateful act of a person who could care less about people's lives
He belongs in jail for a long time, Thank you for sharing this video God bless you stay safe
They used to cut fire breaks back in the 60s 70s to prevent a lot of this from getting out of control.
Logging, too, reduced the amount of fuel in the forests.
Plus there weren't Direct Energy Weapons, so...
Y'all had better wake up.
@@dustinmiller2775 Dustin you gotta "wake up" you kook..
@@bee4pcgoldrule.007 because of the terrain it makes it hard for the firefighters to. Lots of mountainous ups and downs.

Looks like some of the trees still have the leaves on them, so it reminds me of Hawaii. 😢
What happened to your audio? That place looks like it was struck by the DEW. That is NOT what a normal wildfire looks like. Once again, the trees are still standing yet everything else is incinerated -- not normal.
OMG I WAS THINKING THE SAME THING!!!!!
Its exactly what a wildfire looks like. Carr fire, Redding 2018.
Holy cow, this is not Maui!!!! This is a crazy man that took it upon himself to do this destruction! What is happening is people have things in their homes that can be very toxic and combustible. It's so sickening to see someone could do this to land and people.😢
You’re clearly not from California. This is what every wildfire here looks like. And yes, we’ve seen how they start, and seen how the spread.
I’ll Loni I 😊😅😊

Watch all the "STOP THE CRIME" videos by Debra Travares,,, she has all the information you need about all the specific things to illustrate that these are NOT "NATURAL" Fires.
What happened to her?? She disappeared after 2022. Hmm hope she wasn't Epstined
You are another example of you can't fix stupid!!🤦🏼♂️
Be careful in the burn zone, tress are weak and can come down. I’m on the coast of Santa Cruz California and 4 years ago our mountain area delt with this. Down here by the beach we still have ash that settled in places
Don’t even look like most the trees burnt
I don't need to watch this, I have seen my own neighborhood, my own home, and my own car in the same condition, in 2020. I know full well what that's like.
Prayers for all in its path, and all of those who are out there fighting fires. 🙏
BTW- It wasn't space lasers I. Our case, either, it was two separate arsonists setting fires on a very hot, windy day. The second got caught in the act. The first has never been caught, but they know how and where the fire started.....not by directed energy weapons, unless you want to call mentally unstable unhoused persons directed energy weapons.
Most of all prayers for all who have suffered and are going through this it's just heartbreaking 💔😭🙏
Yes JLR that was a terrible fire here in California More the 26,000 people were evacuated. We have some deadly fire in California. I live up in the desert where everything is very dry. Thank God for the recent rain we need more of the rain. Pray for these victims of fire. I will do as well . TKS for sharing 👍🏻🙏🏼
Thank you so much for your reporting and be safe

Stop trespassing on private property to take your destruction videos. It is illegal as you are fully aware and horribly disrespectful and violating to the owners who have lost so much and may not have even had a chance to see their properties yet for themselves. I'm sure you two don't want people walking all over your property taking video and doing whatever they desire so don't do it to others. It doesn't matter if the property has been burned or remains intact. You are way out of your league being in the fire zone, don't go where you don't belong on top of it.
All these are the beginning of Sorrows
The most depressing thing for me was the classic cars that were destroyed.
You don't suppose years of chemical saturation from the air ( Geoengineering Fallout ) might make everything flammable when drought is induced for months , and high heat applied from moving the Jet Stream ? Hmmmmmmm
No effing way! Not again!! Looks like Maui
I'm surprised they let you in without you living in the area!!

@@brenda9633 yeah well my brother's a captain for Cal Fire so I'll have him send this video to one of the Cal Fire LEO!
That is sad. That is what it looked like in Gatlinburg, TN when they had the fires. It is so sad to see!
All of you that says this fire looks suspicious have no clue what you're talking about! There's literally cameras all in the area that were filming the fire rolling through there and how fast it was traveling at times was over 5000 acres an hour all due to the different vegetation and fuels it had on top of the area, the fact that it was like 105 when it started. Wild fires do crazy stuff but one thing was clear, 1 MF started this by rolling his car down a 60ft embankment!
All of these conspiracy theories were floating around 4chan and the alt-right when my community burned but they've sure gone mainstream among far too many now. I'm sure those who originally thought up these things never imagined they would go so far. I can understand how those such as people from hot, flat, humid need a shower after taking a shower kind of places like Florida can't understand how California can burn and all the factors that go into it but can't figure out why those from here buy into everything. Now we have two Floridians who understand nothing about CA wildfires trampling and in checking what could be in the future for this fire seems like return of more winds hitting the ridges and ravines plus the possibility of more dry lightning in the region. It could get fun.
@@Bizzy7891 ppl want their 5 minutes of fame commenting without reading throughly about this fire. If they did they would realize that this fire was arson. Great coverage guys we really appreciate it that really puts in the perspective how devastating that can be
The paradise fire i think is the worst fire we had. It literally claimed the town and 85 lives in the matter of a few hours. Such a tragedy.
The Paradise fire was an epic tragedy. The Lahaina fire claimed 100+ lives. Both were DEW strikes.
@@iamgabriel5823 yes it was. I was just referring to fires here in California history. We had a professor here light 3 or 4 fires a few years ago and he recently only received 5 yrs for it and they were detrimental. This guy is looking at 25 yrs. Makes me wonder if the professor was working for government and Bill Gates to try and prove there bullshit climate change narrative 🤔
Direct energy weapons
He needs to look for any signs of that.
NO. Moron with a flaming Yaris. He's in custody.
It was a moron who got high-centered with a Yaris, started a fire, and then pushed it down into a gully. There's no question about the cause; there were witnesses. The cause is in custody. The only "energy" involved might have come from meth use.
@bernadettezelenski3491 During an active wildfire? Surprised he's allowed to be there at all.
Absolutely.

Literally a war zone contaminated Earth contaminated water imagine being able to go to live on your property I remember driving by after months and seeing two children they were playing in front of the RV on their land everything around them was black brown and and white ash except for the colored beach ball that the two children were tossing back and forth it was an amazing contrast hope you guys are being safe prayers your way and God bless homes with three generations living under the same roof😢

Was this the fire that was caused by a guy pushing his burning mother’s car over an embankment?
yes
And the help from your wonderful government and WEF DEW( direct energy weapon) don’t let a crisis go to waste
Why are there leaves still on trees? Why are there still trees? Weird.
This is literally every California wildfire!
It's amazing how a fire can just leave somethings unharmed.
It looks like a movie scene. Horrific devastation! So many animals and people displaced. God bless you JLR and Magnolia. Keep reporting!
Thanks JLR for the coverage of this devastation from the fires ! Be safe !!

@-darrell nah it was way too dry. That way the fire moved up that mountain

And yes, the smoldering and heat can last months with fires like this. That is why percentage of containment is still low, it is going to take a long time for crews to completely get it do die down. One of the first things is to dig up the trees and cut them up to stop the smoldering. Be careful!

@CindyE56 - no, 18% contained right now, which is the best it’s been
God Bless all those firefighters
There's a great Ted Talk from a few years ago titled "Living Dangerously in the era of Megafires" and this is all easily preventable. Some areas of California have finally gone back to prescribed burning. The problem is there's too many trees! We need conservation. That video also explains how for a couple of decades now homes have been built exactly where they shouldn't be, in fire zones. Every time I watch a reality show set in a "scenic" forested area I see all these dead trees blended in with an enormous forest. The forest needs to be a patchwork of trees and not an enormous blanket of trees.
Look for 💙 items that aren't burned
And to think this could all have been avoided. They should make the guy who started this fire be fighting the fire on the front row!
