@@cue9423 If it's not as convenient for whatever reason to roll on the right side, either side is okay. If they are in that position for 30 minutes, roll to the other side.
General guidelines don't specify, but it's much easier to roll them towards you (towards your side, doesn't matter whether you're on the left/right), but there are specific circumstances and guidelines where it differs as others have mentioned here.
