- BUDDYMOON DAY 25/1000 (VLOG 8)
We attempted a $6 street food challenge at the Walking street market here in Phuket Thailand. As Phuket's night markets are very popular and gather thousands of people every Sunday night, this would be the perfect place to attempt such a challenge. Therefore, the $6 would be split between the both of us, we each had $3/100 Baht in order to find a Starter, Main meal, and Dessert.
This would be challenging as there is a massive variety of food in these street food markets and would make it even more difficult, is that we added a 15-minute timer to our challenge.
Let the games begin and see who wins!

What food do you think we should try here in Thailand?
That chicken feet are actually fried sun dried anchovies. The merchant couldn't pronounce the word "fish" correctly : ))
You could be correct😮 i guess we will never know... but was an interesting meal😜
In mango salad, it's not chicken feet, it's fish 😊
Think the language barrier got us all confused🤣🤣
8:27 the mango salad….. the guy said “fish”🐠 it was crispy anchovies not chicken feet! He just didn’t said it clearly but when I went back and look at the pieces it was dried crispy fish 😅 you’re good!
Hahahaha we starting to realise that it was not chicken feet😜 the guy said yes when asking if it was chicken feet🤣🤣🤣 think Daniel is happy now that it was not feet🤣
You should try Khanom bueang and Thai southern foods ---> Kaeng Kua, Stir Fried Shrimp with Sataw, Ho mok.
Oeeee that sounds interesting😁😁 we definitely gona be looking out for that😜
Feet=fish. Lmao. That’s hilarious!
Hahahaha we not so sure if we had feet now🤣🤣🤣 language barrier is a problem🤣
@@thebuddymoon Language barrier for you guys I hope you mean. Can't expect them to speak English in their own country.
chicken feet. my goodness I also wouldn't have tried if I knew
Hahaha still can't believe she made me try that😜🤣
That's amazing 👏 Looks like Thailand is starting to flood with tourist now 👏 LOL, 100 Bhat is definitely a challenge to buy a meal 😁😜 And congratulations Danny 👏
Thailand is filled with tourists now but its good😁 After covid... all businesses could do with the income😁 100 baht was a challange but we made it work🤣🤣 Thank you😜😁
cool
Thanks😁
chicken and rice is good... Danny needs gains
With all that spice, his gains are going to come out the other end very quickly 🤣🤣🤣
@@thebuddymoon 😆
in the philippines we also eat chicken feet , chicken intestine, chicken neck , chicken head and chicken blood...
i think it isn't chicken feet in your mango salad. it's just a crispy fish. 🤔🤔
Hahaha we have realised that🤣🤣🤣🤣 thank goodness😜
In thai language doesn't have the sh or ch sounds at the end of the word. So thai people say "fish" like a fit or feet.
That makes total sense😜 and thank you for explaining that😁😁 it was a massive communication gap but still a great experiance😁
Hehehe I was on Team Dan 🤣🤣🤣 amazing
Hahhahahh🤣 glad you enjoyed the videos Aatir
*sings* old town phuket
Such an awesome place😁
National anthem every 8 am and 6 pm people stand still to show respect
It was so unique😁 love it that they do that!
Thai food is a creation. How to eat it is crucial. The sago with nutty thing inside is suppose to eat with thai parsley and a little bite of chilli. Similar to the flour cup that you tried first without the sauce. The intention of some delicacy is not meant to eat alone by it own.
Ahhhh that makes sense😁 no wander it was a little odd, would live to try it with a littpe chilli on😍 was awesome to try the food though😁
Even if it were deboned, that doesn't look anything like chicken feet.
Hahhaa we learned there was a communication barrier and the seller actually said fish so it was fish and not feet😊
He said fish . It’s not feet
Hahaha we are starting to think its a language barrier🤣🤣
Firstly, THERE WAS AN ADVERT MIDWAY THROUGH!!! Which can only be good news haha. Secondly, watching this at 1:30 in the morning does not help me🤣😂 feel like going to make a snack after watching this. Food looked interesting… did you know in SA, chicken feet are called runaways?😂😂 #TGIF Danny’s face🤣🤣🤣
Why are u even up at 1:30😮😮 thats late😮 hahaha there was an advert midway through😜 and i did know they were called runaways.... i should of runaway from that meal🤣🤣🤣
@@thebuddymoon 😂😂😂
😂 fish not feet.
Hahaha we know that now🤣🤣
