I love this channel and have tried several recipes at home that we love. This recipe however if flawed. Way too many spices ( I know Yemeni's use similar spices as well). However too much spices and secondly the way meat was made is not right. Finally, one request about the oven temperatures, I noticed in several of your recipes that the oven temperature if we follow the same time and temperature, meat is not juicy, it dries out so, food for thought to check the oven temperature and timing.
