Love the music. Works well with the film. Thank you. Came to your channel to follow the boats, but loved this! Been involved with performing this piece, I find you sing it better if you ‘feel’ it!
Anyway, seriously looking at getting on the water, probably a yogurt pot, but we shall see. Keep good during these strange times. Thank you again.

Wow. Thank you. Perfect pairing of your filming and the wonderful soundtrack. So atmospheric. Please can you give me a reference for the music.

Thank you Tania. The music is my favourite piece of classical music - Fauré: Requiem by Victoria De Los Angeles/Dietrich Fischer-Dieskau/ André Cluytens
      Enjoy

@@talesfromtheswansneck Original 1962 recording and not the remastered I'd say from listening to them both. The music has been swelling my heart all morning, my dear ginger cat Dexter died last night in the garden that he loved at the end of a long and content life. Not sad but grateful he died where he was happy. Seems that fate brought me Fauré - via you- at just the right time!

@@taniaallison7253 Oh Tania I'm so sorry for your loss, I've always had cats and I'm considering getting a boat's cat. Wonderful creatures with distinctive personalities. And yes the music is befitting loss of any kind. And I agree, the 1962 version is by far the better. I've listened to plenty of other versions of this piece, but nothing quite matches this one I feel.
