The green globe looks like some smalltreasure boxs sold at Cracker Barrell.
You can completely get rid of the coffee stains if you use Bartenders Friend, or scouring powder, on a sponge. Funny about that....I had my stepfather living with us years back. He had this special mug....the only one he wanted to drink from....so I thought I would do him the favor of surprising him with a clean mug....he got mad!!! LOL!!! He said I scrubbed all the flavor away....and he didn't know how long it would take to get it right again! Go figure! LOL!!!!
My Dad always said the same thing … I worried he would make himself sick 😂

The metal globe shaped item is a globe ashtray. That's why there are burn marks under the lid. They still sell them new.

Nice shopping trip I like the Valentine's salad plates they are so cute and the little trinket box. The copper thing that you show is missing a glass inside glass pot in the globe,, thing is to put loose Tea 😊. Thank you Nicole for sharing😊

When you scanned the vintage books I saw one of my childhood books, Cherry Ames Flight Nurse. This was a very popular book series with the adventures of the nurse Cherry Ames. I also loved the Nancy Drew series. I read them in the the early 60’s. You always find the best stuff! Did your daughter like any of the dressers you found? Wonderful furniture selection there. It is always so much fun shopping along with you and then to see your haul. I love the Star Trek comic books. My hubby and I love Star Trek too and I want to read the comic books. Stay warm and cozy. It’s is super cold and snowy here in Boulder so I know all too well what your weather feels like🥶

They had some really nice furniture pieces. The tile chair was adorable & would look great on a porch or out in a garden area. If the staining on the white dresser doesn’t come out with a good scrub then she could hide it by using a lace runner or something to decorate the dresser top. ❤

I enjoyed going through the thrift store with you. I have the green bowl that matches those small glass bowls. Mine is bigger. I put it out for St Patrick’s day. I also have three of those mugs with the shamrocks

Nice sweater you are wearing in this video. Glad you were able to bring that ironstone piece home with you. I don't know what the copper piece is for, but if the price is right I would bring it home and use it in the flower garden....fill with dirt and plant with annuals. I am known to rescue doilies that I find at yard sales and thrift stores, so that nice white one would have come home with me. Great buttons! Cheap denture tablets in warm water will often take stains out of mugs.

Nope. Not ready for spring. We just got our first snow last week. I’m a winter girl. I agree about fruit patterns especially grapes. They put them on literally everything back in the day. I collect a few fun comics like Barbie that I read when I was a kid and Disney ones from back then. I would have grabbed those bowls too. Love the shamrock mug. You sound like me justifying your mug purchases lol. 😂 I recently went through and got rid of a bunch but that makes room for more lol. And I always thrift my mugs so I don’t feel bad for switching out when I get tired of them. I need to move to Minnesota for long winters and summers that don’t cause heat strokes. Great haul my friend.
Yes! Agree about not feeling bad about switching them out! I’m excited to use my snowman mug tomorrow. It’s supposed to be a high of minus 2!!! And the feels like temp will be minus 25-30 lololol! That is not winter, that is arctic!
