Comfortably you can do twin size and smaller. If you have a large table to keep the majority of the quilt from hanging over the side that really helps when quilting large quilts.
Thank you for this great question! The Ballad does not come with built-in stitch regulation for free-motion quilting. The length of your stitching is determined by how fast you have the machine running, and how fast or slow you are moving the material under the needle.
