Hi Harry, what is top and for 6.1, I have 105 kg and board 110l?

I’ve gone out with a V2 6.5 with gusts over 25-27 knots and it was way too much. I weigh 69kg. Armstrong lists the top end as about 12-13 knots on their chart which I find somewhat unrealistic
