Instagram- AdamTheWooATW Giving away this $100 gift card I bought in this video over on my Instagram page. I’ll post a photo of it and simply leave a comment under it and I’ll pick a winner and mail it to you
great daily vlog! enjoy your christmas with family at the time i'm watching this! Please sign the back of the Walmart gift card, you are a celeb to us!
I love these types of videos. Reminiscing about the past, visiting old work places, old houses you used to live at, seeing old hangout spots. I'm a very sentimental person and love revisiting old memories myself.
I’m Kissimmee raised and this video gave me extreme nostalgia wow. Miss going to that Kmart as a kid & going to the “Kcafe” to get Pizza Hut and icee’s
These sort of places existed in the West also...& now are bygone memories...not to be shared socially with the youth of today...sad that most of their life's experience comes from Artificial Sources.
Dagnamit Woo ya got me nostalgic now. I really miss my old Kmart on Fairfax and 3rd . It wasn't Christmas for me until I saw all those fully decorated plastic trees at the bottom of the escalators, and my sisters and I would play on all the lawn furniture sets while my parents were buying gifts. I tried my very first caviar as a kid from one of those awesome Kmart gift sets with the sausage and cheeses, haha, those were the absolute best! Funny how everything still exists when you close your eyes and remember amirite? Parents both gone now. I'm so grateful I'm seeing my sisters later today. Off to Walmart yall, Merry Christmas🎄
I went to my local mall in Biloxi, Mississippi, and it was absolutely packed. Stores were busy, and customers were spending money. I hope it does not fade away like other malls. I love going and being around people, especially at Christmas time. I am blessed to not need that gift card, and I hope someone who needs it gets it. Merry Christmas Adam
I really like this video showing me personally, cause I’am now 73 young will not be able to ever go there too see in person for my self. Thank you Adam for another great video. these places, thank you Adam
Miss KMart’s blue light specials and the Cafe little restaurant inside the store. Used to live in Poinciana, Florida and was in Kissimmee all the time in the early 90’s.
Another former KMart associate here! I had a part time job at the store on turkey lake ro by universal studios from '96 -'99. Good times. Was so busy there back then. On any given night 6 to 10 packed tour buses would come thru after the parks had closed for the day.i truly miss kmarts lay a way program.
My sister has worked retail for years. She worked at our Kmart for 30 years - she really loved it. She now works at Kohls. I have a great appreciation for all retail employees, especially around Christmas
Hello Adam. Visiting areas you once lived and seeing how much has changed is so real. Helps us remember how time has gone by so quickly too. Dave and I hope you and your family have a wonderful visit! 💖🎄🎄💖
Love these videos- I grew up in Kissimmee so I remember when Osceola square mall opened and wal mart was there! Originally the theatres were Cobb then I think regal
During college, I worked K-mart sporting goods as a sales clerk. Late 70’s it was. You brought back some memories for me, and I’m sure others. Thanks for taking us along.
This took me down memory lane. I went with family to Florida 3 times in the 90s from the UK and we went to this ‘SMall’ so many times when we were there. I used to spend all that time in that arcade. T2 arcade, Star Wars pinball, Aliens arcade I remember playing, and as the exchange rate was $2 to £1 in those days my dad and uncle spent a lot of money in that CD shop. We also saw the Flintstone movie and the Arnie classic True Lies in that movie theatre.
I love these nostalgia videos of yours. We are in the same boat age wise, and I caught myself saying ‘I remember when this was all farmland’ the other day. And now I really do feel about half a century old 🥲
I got my first pair of glasses at the Osceola Square Mall in 97. I saw a bunch of movies there. I did my grocery shopping at the St. Cloud Walmart when that opened in the 90s.
I used to live right around the corner from the mall, near the fire station. My stepdad used to work at the hobby shop that was in the mall for a long time before they moved onto 192. So many good memories for sure!
I so enjoyed your walk down memory lane. I could really use that gift card for my sons one is slow and the other is a disabled vet. Thanks for all the joy I get from you and your friends videos. Hope you have a Merry Christmas.
Spent a great deal of time in this area during my parents 10 years of wintering in Kissimmee. Used to catch the bus to Disney at the Osceola Square Mall.
Adam, that brought back a lot of memories oh how time flies great to see what has happened to some of these places never got the chance to get all the way along the 192 this year
Last time I was in Orlando I took a quick drive around the places I used to haunt in the early to mid nineties (downtown towards UCF). Some things changed, some looked exactly let the same. Funny hearing you mention Specs. That record store was all over south Florida growing up.
It’s crazy how much of a retail wasteland it is now, back in the late 90’s that was the place to be. We always stayed out that way, when going to the parks. Everything was there, made it very convenient.
True, and maybe one of the most special things about humanity is that we can capture the memories about how things were before, how it made us felt, and the people we shared it with.
My guy the Gift cards are the best idea. I am sure you are helping people who just cant buy gifts when food and common goods has gotten sooo expensive these days
Of all the stores that have closed I miss Kmart the most. They bought out sears when it was in trouble and I think that’s what caused them to go under.
Was in that Hooters in 1996, while on my Honeymoon. Went to Disney World, stayed in Kissimmee at Best Western. Looking for something to do one night, drove the new wife around and toured the area. I noted the Hooters and a nearby laundromat, and 2 days later, I volunteered to do our laundry....you know, as a modern-type husband, so she didn't have to. Went over to the Hooters while clothes washed, and again during the dry cycle., and everyone one was happy. Marriage lasted 20yrs, with 3 kids, and a great memory of that Hooters. My memory lane just got walked too. Merry Christmas.
Your making it sound like your leaving forever Adam, wish you could turn the clock back sometimes lol, enjoy your early Christmas dinner with your family
My husband and I were lucky to be invited to the Super Bowl in Miami, FL. The only time it rained, Prince was singing "Purple Rain" and we bought clear ponchos. Was too much fun ...
These are my favorite vlogs that you do, poking around Central Florida and where the shops were and malls and places that aren't there anymore and what they are now. Really enjoyed this vlog, Adam xo
I like your videos about old memories of US192. The one from a few days ago when you and Micah were sitting on the bench eating donuts when the people talked about "..calling Jimmy" was hilarious.
This brought e down memory lane because I’m the same age as you and experienced the same things. The only difference is in my town in Michigan is we still have Fazoli’s!
The Laguna Apartments used to be called Cambria at Polos south. I lived there 11 years ago before moving into the house I’m currently at. I lived in the building catty corner to the one you did. It’s a small world after all. I hated every month I lived there. There was a lady who lived in the building across the way and when she had psychotic episodes, she’d be outside with a butcher knife, naked, and would pull all the fire alarms. That place was such a dump, only thing good was the location on the bus lines. Many times I took the Lynx to work at Disney. My husband worked in both those movie theaters at the time you stated you went there. I remember when the Publix was where the big lots is now. They had a tile mural on the front of the building. It’s sad how 192 is dying like it is. They can do a lot with that real estate.
I had many meals (and breadsticks) at the Kissimmee Fazoli’s. Osaka was our favorite though, we ate there frequently after church. $6 lunch special in the 90s = full plate of food!
I apparently missed the giveaway by the time I was able to watch your video. Thank you for giving to your community. You seem like such a great guy. Thanks for all you do. I am disabled and travel now through your videos. I truly appreciate you!
This is so crazy. I was in the parking lot of that Kmart a week ago (I’m local) thinking, I can’t believe Adam the Woo hasent been here, then tried eating at Osaka which also to my dismay is shuttered. Now a week later here you are 😂 crazy
I’m turning 50 tomorrow and your tour of this mall brought back a bunch of mall memories for me. Where did the time go??? Thank you, Merry Christmas Adam!
Yes, I will join you! I don't like hot, sunny days either. I do like your hair cut. Merry Christmas, Adam.🎄❄️☃️🍪☕🎁 🛍️🛍️🛒🌴🌴🌳🌴🌴🌴🌳🌳Thanks for the video.❤🚘💳
lol @ backside of santa, so that would be his butt? lol. This trip down memory lane saw a lot of closed businesses, so sad. Thanks for taking us along, maybe one day you will take us grocery shopping, would be interesting to see what goes into your grocery cart, lol

These sort of places existed in the West also...& now are bygone memories...not to be shared socially with the youth of today...sad that most of their life's experience comes from Artificial Sources.
Malls in the 80s/90s had such a magical feel. Such places of excitement and wonderment. I miss them
Now there are so many videos on UA-cam of closed or nearly closed malls.
Dagnamit Woo ya got me nostalgic now. I really miss my old Kmart on Fairfax and 3rd . So nostalgic. I used to work at a kmart while in school.
Wow, this brought memories back to me too! Lived in the area during the 90’s - early 2000’s.

Adam, it’s Osceola Cinemas East/West. There was even an Eckerd in that mall too. Great memories.
This took me down memory lane. I went with family to Florida 3 times in the 90s from the UK and we went to this ‘SMall’ so many times when we were there. I used to spend all that time in that arcade. Disc Jockey was the name of the music store!! I used to buy my ticketmaster tix there. The theaters were Cobb theaters.
I got my first pair of glasses at the Osceola Square Mall in 97. I saw a bunch of movies there. I did my grocery shopping at the St. Cloud Walmart when that opened in the 90s.
@TheDailyWoo your old "Haunts are still standing!" No one can document things like you. Merry Christmas to you and the Family!
Hope your Family Christmas was awesome today. It's nice to hear that's something y'all do. Weather is total $h*% right now.
I lived near the colonial mall in the 80s. Bumby & Colonial Dr. Winter Park, Longwood. Great memories.
This resonates with me. I am nostalgic for my youth as well.
One of the best "USED-TO-BE" Tour videos you've ever made.
Just don't take a shot every time he says it! You won't last halfway 😂
I used to live right around the corner from the mall, near the fire station. My stepdad used to work at the hobby shop that was in the mall for a long time before they moved onto 192. So many good memories for sure!

Hello, watching from CA. It is a record of 79 degrees today. Love your adventures of places abandoned ...
It’s crazy how much of a retail wasteland it is now, back in the late 90’s that was the place to be. We always stayed out that way, when going to the parks. Everything was there, made it very convenient.

I worked in retail 20 years; Sears, Macy's, BJs Wholesale Club, etc. I have a lot of great stories from those days. Met my wife working retail.
BJ's wholesale club sounds like a fun place to work
@martymartin2894 it lived up to its name. 😁

I was eagerly anticipating "Big Ben...Parliment..." at the end and you did NOT disappoint! Bravo!
Was the music store in the mall by chance called Music Warehouse. That was a big franchise back in the 80s&90s
This brought e down memory lane because I’m the same age as you and experienced the same things. The only difference is in my town in Michigan is we still have Fazoli’s!

Hi Adam. Your vlogs make me happy.
Adam, I at times do the same thing when I am back in my old haunts. Lots of fun gaming and punk rock memories. Cool to see yours. Be well.
I remember that small & that old Walmart my Mom & Me used go to Florida a lot. 🖖💜👌
Excellent european vacation quote at the end...have a very merry family christmas day today Adam!

Happy early Birthday!! 🎉 🎄
The movie theaters at Osceola Square, Mall were called, “Osceola East” and “Osceola West.”
In the late 1980s, I only went to the East, the one close to the Mall! Don't know why really! ;-)
Yes, I will join you! I don't like hot, sunny days either. I do like your hair cut. Merry Christmas, Adam.🎄❄️☃️🍪☕🎁 🛍️🛍️🛒🌴🌴🌳🌴🌴🌴🌳🌳Thanks for the video.❤🚘💳
That looks like some legit mall pizza! BTW a new Fazoli's just opened in Orlando on East Colonial.
This area is the first place I lived when I moved to Kissimmee in 2002...I miss central Florida
Appreciate the nostalgia! That was fun
